Review: I had gone and brought the transmission, the transmission was put in it did not work we took it into [redacted] because we thought that we had to program it into the truck, [redacted] checked the transmission, [redacted] tells me that its no good, and that's only in within 10 days of me buying the transmission I called the business I brought the transmission the guy [redacted] was giving me the run around he stated he couldn't replace or refund me an money, then I called the main office the guy in the main office was ok he told me to get a second opinion on what was wrong with the transmission and that he would replace or refund the money I then went to get the second opinion and the second opinion stated that the transmission did not work either, I called the main office back then the guy I had spoken to tells me he did not know me and that's when I told him I would take legal action, his answer was " Do what you have to do I don't care" awful rude service false advertisement they did not give me the guarantee, I have proof of [redacted] and the second opinion ( [redacted] and also have proof of me faxing the paperwork to [redacted] and they did not want to do nothing about I also can provide proof of phone records that I did all this within the guarantee the truck was not driven I can also provide proof of the truck being towed to these two places it was not drivenDesired Settlement: All I want is my money back I do not desire to deal with these guys I want my money back ..
