I was not refunded as promised.My husband was suppose to get his puppy dropped off in FL from California. [redacted] kept beating around the bush pushing off the date when the puppy will arrive. When my husband spoke to [redacted] on April 18th around 10pm, [redacted] said he was almost at the destination and would arrive around 1am. We stayed up that night waiting for his arrival. He never arrived so we called him and he wasn't answering. We left several messages, as well as text messages and never got a respond back. Finally the afternoon of April 19th, 2015 we receive a call from [redacted] he states "he stopped on the side of the road to let the puppy pee and while doing so he got robbed." The "robbery" happened April 19th, 2015 around 1am and he reported it the next day. We were devastated because we put a lot of time and money on this puppy and transport. We wanted to file a claim but [redacted] insisted to just settle within ourselves because insurance would take to long so on April 22, 2015 myself, my husband, [redacted] and [redacted] all agreed on doing a contract. The contract states that MR. [redacted] toward the reimbursement of dog stolen during transport from CA to FL in the total amount of $1,500. Payment will be made as follows: $500.00 by the 24th of April with $250.00 paid weekly until June 1st or until the amount is paid in full. The contract was signed and notarized. We never received the $500.00 on April 24th, we received half of it. I was upset because that was not what we agreed on. [redacted] and [redacted] kept making excuses saying they didn't have the money. A couple days later we received the other half. Again, that is not what we agreed on the contract. Its now May 19th 2015 and we have yet to see one single payment. We call [redacted] and [redacted] and they don't answer, if we do speak to [redacted] he tells us to call [redacted] and if I speak to [redacted] she tells me to speak to [redacted]. Its all unprofessional and a huge lack of communication. I cant ever get a hold of either one, when I finally do they tell me they don't have the money to pay me which is not what was agreed to on the contract. Both [redacted] and [redacted] are rude and disrespectful. This has been a terrible experience. I wont ever recommend this company to anyone, its a huge mess. I wont ever work with [redacted] or [redacted] again. I want my money back paid in full as we agreed on the Notarized contract. Desired SettlementAs per the contract, I want my $1,500 refunded by June 1st. Paid in full.

This company gave me a horrible experience. This was my first time ever shipping a dog and my last time thanks to them.they did not have the dog here in the time I was told and when I demanded the owner to contact me he did not. When the puppy arrived he smelled like pee and crap and he was under weight. But their excuse was to try and blame the breeder who I know very well. I do not recommend anyone use them.","neg-2

My puppy arrived after being on the road for 2 weeks. I was told my baby would be to me in 3 days and they kept make excuse after excuse. Finally the 2 week mark hit and they finally showed up. Rich the owner was nothing but rude. He wanted an additional 180 dollars in cash upon delivery despite we already paid 350 for the full shipping cost. When we received our pup she had burns and welts all over her body. She smelled strong of urine and feces. She was very under weight. Her ribs were showing badly. On top of that her right eye was infected, skin infection and pneumonia. She was lifeless for several days and we were terrified she wouldn't make it. Her little fragile body couldn't keep food down. Thanks to my vets they were able to save her. It took a few weeks to get her back on track and she just recently has started to show her personality. Please dont ever use this business. I'm a very understanding person and I know things happen but what they did to my pup is animal abuse!","neg-1

Delivery Service not fulfilled by agreementOn May 2nd 2015 we obtained the services of BMB Transport owned by [redacted]. We were told by his wife [redacted] and his associate [redacted] that our puppy would be delivered to us is 3 days. We paid for said services and they took the puppy. The delivery date arrived and our puppy never showed. We contacted the carrier and he gave the owners number. The owner, [redacted], informed me that they wouldn't be delivering her by the agreed date. It's been 12 days since shipment and we still haven't received our puppy or any updates on her condition.Desired SettlementAll that we are asking for is a refund for the delivery cost. We were told our puppy would be shipped to us in 3 days. Here it is 12 days later and no updates on our puppy even though we've asked several times for them. It has been nothing but a nightmare with this company and we are unsure of our puppy's health. This has caused a lot of heartache and grief. All that we wanted was to be informed on what was going on and they haven't even done that.

ON 9/29/14, SPOKE WITH RICHARD ABOUT TRANSPORT (PICK UP IN [redacted], OK AND DELIVER TO [redacted],FL) OF PET/DOG. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO BUT WOULD NEED 1/2 DEPOSIT ($175) AND CLIENT CONTRACT DETAILS FILLED OUT AND RETURNED BY EMAIL. ONCE THEY RECEIVE DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT THEY WOULD FILL OUT THE CONTRACT WITH EST PICK UP DATE. DELIVER DATE AND SEND IT BACK WITH THEIR TRANSPORT LICENSE. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. THEY RECEIVED OUR DEPOSIT, AND THAT WAS IT. WE PLAYED PHONE TAG WITH THEM FOR OVER 10 DAYS. FIRST THEY SAID THEY WERE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THEIR EMAIL, THEN SAID THEY WERE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PHONE, THEN SENT US BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN TWO NUMBERS- WHEN YOU TALKED TO ONE THEY WOULD SAY CALL THE OTHER AND THEN TALK TO THE OTHER. IT GOT OVER WHELMING. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS, MADE MANY CALLS, FINALLY AFTER MUCH FRUSTRATION (AND OVER 10 DAYS LATER) THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO THE TRANSPORT AND SAID THEY WOULD REFUND OUR MONEY. THEY ASKED US HOW WE WANTED IT REFUNDED, WE TOLD THEM THROUGH [redacted] WHICH WAS HOW IT WAS PAID. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I PUT A CLAIM IN TO [redacted], TO FIND OUT THAT [redacted] DOES NOT 0FFER BUYER PROTECTION ON "SERVICES" SUCH AS THIS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO WAY TO TRACE OR TRACK AN ITEM. BMB TRANSPORT CLAIMED THAT THEY WOULD REFUND, THEN SAID LET [redacted] HANDLE IT. THEN THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY PUT A COMPLAINT IN SAYING THAT WE ARE FRAUDULENT. EVEN THOUGH THEY COLLECTED OUR MONEY BUT DID NOT SUPPLY SERVICE, THEY WANT TO NOW TRY AND KEEP MONEY BUY SAYING WE OUR FRAUDULENT AND CLAIMED TO [redacted] THEY MADE THE DELIVERY. HOWEVER- THIS NEVER HAPPENED. THEY ARE WELL AWARE THAT [redacted] DOESN'T COVER ME THE BUYER FOR SERVICES AND WAS ABLE TO PULL A FAST ONE. WE HAVE SINCE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER TRANSPORT SERVICE AND PAY RUSH SERVICES, LOSING TIME AND ADDITIONAL MONEY.Product_Or_Service: TRANSPORTATION FROM OK TO [redacted] OF PETDesired SettlementI WANT A FULL REFUND OF $175 THAT THEY CONTINUE TO HOLD ON TO, PLUS $200 PAYMENT FOR US HAVING TO PAY RUSH SERVICES. = $375.00.

My pup was picked up in ** March 12th, [redacted] and was suppose to be delieved within 5-7days to ** and didn't get to his new owner till March 27, [redacted]My pup was picked up march 12th, [redacted] from ** and was suppose to arrive within 5-7days in ** but didn't arrive till day 16 which was march 27, [redacted] The owner Rich was the most disrespectful person I've ever spoken too. He threatened to sue us and threated to return the puppy back to ** when they were already in [redacted]. He was laughing at us and was cursing a storm. Him and his wife were both screaming at us on the phone. She said they would refund the pups new owners and due it at no charge. They kept changing arrival dates. The new owner would sometimes stay up till 1-3am in the morning because they said they were coming and never showed up. My pups new owners were willing to meet them a few hours away from where she lived but realized later it made no sense for her to do that if the pup was just going to arrive the next morning around 3am so she decided she would wait and because she had work the following morning and of course they never showed up. I have every text message from them.Desired SettlementI'm not sure what I'm seeking at this point, but I do want people to he aware.
