RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I only ask for an adjustment I am more than happy to pay for the oil change. All that was done to my car was a broken cv axle was shoved back together a ten minute fix for $350. I was also told by several mechanics they would never put a broken axle back together. It's not safe and it will fall right back apart. Which really upsets me because he knows I have kids. Initially I did ask for a new cv axle. He said it would take a few days and I said that's fine I'm out of town anyway. As far as his "solution" after he ripped me off he said he would do the labor for "free" if I bought the cv axle. I had already paid $350 labor definately wasn't free, he was very rude and nasty to me on the phone. He absolutely never offered to buy the part and fix my car he is only saying that for show. All this was was his way of steeling. All I want is an adjustment, the cv axle (part) and labor is only $150 at another mechanics. What did I pay for at superior? I don't want to go to court but this isn't right. He put my babies in an u safe vehicle to make a quick buck. Regards, [redacted]
