many times, and only got voicemailwe checked and there were no voicemails left from customer phone numbercustomer stated that we didn't return phone calls and that was due to him not leaving messagesince issue, machine has been fixed, and delivered, and *** *** told our driver he was sorry to get Revdex.com involved, and was thankful for our turnaroundhe did want to speak to someone, and not a voicemail, however we are a busy company, and instead of leaving people on hold for long periods of time, we offer voicemailsome of the older customers are still expecting to speak directly to a person, however my service manager deals with at least f ifty people a day making it almost impossible to talk to each person every time

Review: I hired BMD Painting to powerwash, make minor repairs & stain my deck. We signed a contract and a $400. deposit was given on May 27 2014. To date [redacted] will not return my calls & obviously has not completed the work so I have asked for my deposit back with no resolution.Desired Settlement: I'm asking for my $400. deposit to be returned
