The customer used a Hong
kong Credit card and a canadian shipping addressThis brought a red flag to the attention of our credit card processor and were adviced to cancel the order.

I used a Canadian credit card which was debited for the transaction. Business concerned needs to refund the amount debited as no goods were shipped.

Review: Purchased software from BMEM.NET for the churches Dell computers. Network administrator installed. About a week later the systems started doing odd things. Example was not being able to have a stable connection to the internet. Network administrator was contacted and came out to trouble shoot issues. A couple of weeks later messages popped up stating it was counterfeit software. Attempted to contact BMEM by phone,internet website and email to resolve. They are not responding. In order to to get our systems back on line we had to purchase additional products directly from microsoft to fix issues. We can not resolve anything if they will not make contact. I can not believe this company has an A rating from the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Full refund of purchase

Review: I ordered a Windows 7 Professional disc from this company. I was sent the disc, but without promised information needed to install on my computer.

I attempted to resolve this with the company, and after over a month delay, finally got a disc, but the disc was not the one ordered. This will not work

on my computer, I need the disc ordered, but apparently the company will not follow up. Phone calls are answered by a computer which connects to

an answering system, but messages are never returned.Desired Settlement: I must have the Windows 7 Professional disc as ordered with the COAas promised, but this company apparently refuses to send what is needed. If the

company continues to refuse to produce ordered merchandise, this company should be closed down. An alternative would be to be able to speak to

humans, not computers. After ordering from these people, I have discovered their customer service basically is non existent. In any event, I need the

correct disc, Windows 7 Professional with COA, as promised, and I should not be billed or return anything due to their ignorance.

Review: Windows 7 operating system software was ordered on 9/20/2013 order #[redacted], confirmation of order was received from company via email on the same date of purchase. When I did not receive product in a timely manner tried contacting Bmem.net by telephone and email, with no response from either source of communication. The telephone # supplied answers with the same message even after business hours.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to refund my cash ($49.98) which was in the form of a postal money order.

Review: I ordered Windows 7 Professional operating system on October 16, 2013. The confirmation email indicated they would email me when it was shipped. I have not gotten any email from them. I have tried to contact them but they answer the phone saying only that all representatives are busy so use the internet contact procedure. I have done that five times but never gotten an answer.Desired Settlement: The best outcome is immediate delivery of the order. They should overnight it free. If it is not in stock they should tell me and refund the payment immediately. I needed the software when I ordered it but after 10 days of waiting for confirmation of shipping, I have had to order it from someone else. They should contact me and honor my request for refund

On checking with my bank my credit card was charged $119.96 USD.

Yesterday (24th March) I received two messages from BMEM the first stating that the order was not being processed because they suspected it was fraudulent. I wondered about this and advised them that the shipment was being directed to a forwarder in Nevada who deals with shipments from the US to overseas for suppliers who will not ship overseas (as this company does not). I explained this to BMEM.

I then received a second message advising that they did not accept foreign credit cards.

I have since sent several messages asking them to either supply the goods or refund the amount paid. Presently they are not corresponding nor answering the phone.Desired Settlement: Since this supplier (BMEM) has proved to be unreliable then I would like a full refund of the amount paid. Other potential customers should be made aware of their unreliability.
