Made a purchase from them for multiple shirts totaling $165.99 on May 9th 2013. Its now 6 months later with nothing delivered. At the time of purchase they said orders might be delayed because the original founder of the site died about a month before my purchase (he did not have anything to do with the site at the current time and had passed it on to his ex wife years ago). Around a month after my purchase was made, this notice was posted on the store page ([redacted]) and is still posted there to this day."It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of BME's founder, [redacted]. [redacted] is currently away from the shop while she and her family cope with the loss.The shop has been closed temporarily and will reopen soon. All current orders are being packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Fundraiser shirts are expected to ship before the end of May.We appreciate your understanding and support while [redacted], her family and the staff of BME mourn [redacted]'s passing."Five months later and nothing has changed on the store page. I understood the temporary delay at first with the founder passing on, but this is just ridiculous and unprofessional for a business at this point especially since they already took my $165.99. I have called the phone number listed on the store page a few times (866-796-2704) and got no answer, I sent multiple emails to [redacted] and [redacted] and got no answer.
