February 20, I appreciate you notifying us about Mrs [redacted] complaintsThe truth of the matter is, we do not have the manpower to assist all of her work order requests and don’t know what to do exactly with her water issue especially when everything seems to be ok with the water heater tanknevertheless we will schedule a date to clean tank and further inspect itI was very clear with [redacted] and husband before signing lease contract that we do not have a maintenance crew on site that it may take some time for us to get to some work orders Mrs [redacted] has excided the number of work orders in four months then the previous tenant who lived there almost three yearsThey had a work order for a broken brand new door knob, they had notify me that one of the big stove burners was not working properly, I’d asked them not to use it until I could come by and check it well they used it causing almost of fire on the stove, Mrs [redacted] kept calling about the kitchen sink not draining properly, I found one of their kids’ forks stuck in the pipes when I went to check it, broken wood solid door cabinetLook I’m not saying that the apartment is perfect by all means, it comes down to they ‘re not happy there and I totally respect and understand it I tell my tenants every time before move in date that my goal and desire is for them to be in love with their place and if they are not, I will not hold them to their contract or charge any feeds if they want to move out, bottom line, I don’t want to have an unsatisfied tenantI have met with Mrs [redacted] and reminded her of this offer and also offer her a full deposit back if aptIs left how they got it from usI hope they find that place that would accommodate her family betterPlease call me if you have any questions: ###-###-#### Sincerely: [redacted] [redacted]

*** *** my response to this is that no matter the amount of work orders we put in these are things that need to be fixed no matter the exceeding of the (6months)that we have been here located in this apart not months as claimed.The front door lock wether new or old had us stuck in our own home and needed to be fixed or taken back to store.as far as the water heater we have mentioned this problem of week that we have lived here and till this date of Feb 20th there has been no action in fixing this matter but was agreed from landlord Javier that it was a old water heater.as far as the stove is concerned we were told from the landlord for first complain that it was fine so we continued to use the stove when it almost caught this apartment on fire and we had to call again to notify mr.javier that it wasn't fine and that's when he came and noticed there Was something won't with the stove.from the time we put in a work order to the time it was fixed tool close to 21/months so I do believe that that is more than enough time to solve this problem since Javier is saying (give him time according to the lease.getting to the sink issue.yes the sing was backing up...but it wasn't just due to a plastic fork from my year old but the apartment also didn't come with the garbage plastic protector that goes over so that items can not go down the drain.It was also backing up gravel from work done on the tiles of the kitchen floor before we moved in that was being backed up.Fact of the matter is these issues were from the 2nd month of us moving in and her it is the 6th month and we are still goin back and fourth of things from the move in date that was wrote down at move in time regardless of the exceeding of the person that lived here years maybe that's why so much work need to be done,and who is to say how I live and they want to live.The things that I have wrote down like,no hot water,getting stuck in our home,a leak in our roof,a stove burner that doesn't turn off wants on hot! Seems to be very legitimate reasons to call and place a work order
