Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I have attached two letters the first one is from a lawyer stating that he has been retained by Andrew [redacted] and if I don't cease and desist they are going to pursue harassment charges The second letter is from the real lawyer stating that he knew nothing about this If you look at the letters for instance the monogram the fake one is not solid black you can tell it is a copy the second letter has little dots around the monogram which are suppose to be there and the black is solid.also, never once have I complained that I didn't make any money at the event As Andrew so eloquently put it I have been doing events longer than he has been alive I know that they are a crap shoot What I did complain about is how do some people pay the full $I really feel sorry for them Some paid $I paid $but he was to collect the other $day of and I know the person next to me paid $because Andrew didn't show up at his own event to collect He states in his response to you that if the vendors decided to sign up for both events the Black Friday event that took place on Friday, November 24, and the Holiday Expo that was to take place on Saturday, December 16, (Which was cancelled) they would receive a discount I have not heard this from one of the vendors so I am thinking he is lying about this.Now some of the people who paid with a check or credit card have contacted their banks and credit card companies and have put a complaint in some received their money back but it is a day process and a lot of paper work on their end Now stupid me I paid with a money order I asked who to make it out to? I was to make it out to Andrew [redacted] , not BMM Productions (because the company doesn't exist) and not to the mall I cannot recoup my money I sent a copy of the money order there is so much more to this story.....He had events set up at Buffalo Riverworks, IronWorks, Village of Lancaster Prepaid tickets for Buffalo Riverworks and Buffalo Ironworks events were cancalled Never a peep from BMM Productions the business's that were holding the events for him had to put something out on facebook and apologized and said that they were not responsible for pre-ticket sales needed to contact either [redacted] or [redacted] you call these two numbers it is a generic message you don't know who you are leaving a message for and if you do leave a message no one ever calls you back Village of Lancaster was told no pre-sale tickets he was advertising pre-sale tickets don't know if he sold any Talked to the Event coordinator scammed her too She was very forth coming with lots of information about Andrew [redacted] She was surprised that he was selling pre-sale tickets considering this event was free There were some things that cost money but it was not a pay one price event If you wanted you could bring a pantry item to pay for some of the activities This is only the tip of the ice berg If I had the time to dig further I would.also When there are direct sales representatives such as [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] etc there is only to be one representative typically for each it is in their rules So [redacted] if I am not mistaken had representatives present at the show and many of them have stated that they have emails, texts or messenger from Andrew stating that they are "Exclusive" the only ones he also did this to [redacted] which someone said he had (not sure on the number) and [redacted] representatives but didn't show up Regards, [redacted]
