We have used BMT Construction on two occasions. He does good work HOWEVER his quotes are never accurate. On the first project we increased the scope of work and expected to pay more $$. Phase 2 we asked that he stay on quote at $3168 for a garage slab. The final invoice came in at $5,060. Clearly he did not estimate correctly. Our feeling is that he used the lower quote to get the job. We spoke to him about the increased price and he didn't have a satisfactory answer other than he couldn't anticipate the project...it's a garage slab!
Potential customers beware of this bait and switch on his pricing.
