Customer received the jewelry which broke while in her possession. Since they might have been damaged in shipping we express mailed her a replacement set. Those then also broke  while in her possession. We could not get her the last pair we had left there in time for her event on Sunday....

Express mail would not have made it in time. Offered her to pick out a replacement and then express mailed that to her as well. The items she ordered were removed from stock for inspection for defects. The customer service rep that was helping her on the phone was not comfortable expressing her a third pair since it wouldnt arrive in time.
