I just talked with the Service manager and a gentleman ( I believe his name is ***)They again asked me to pay $to get my headlights fixedI do not think that they understand that my headlights had no water intrusion before I took it thereI even asked money from my dad for the first time entire my life but he can't afford more than $So unfortunately I will take this case to the civil court tomorrow

Wow! Now I'm a liar? I can prove that my Low&High beams were working properly before the service! I can confirm that for you don't worryI did not state any LAMP malfunctionI stated I have "ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHT FAIL" error on my dashA BMW service manager should know that "ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHT ERROR" only showes up when there is something wrong with the system that turns my xenon lights right or left as I turn my steering wheelAdaptive headlight error has nothing to do with my low and high beamsYesYou recommended to replace both headlight assemblies for my ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHT ERROR not for my Low&High beamsYou also did NOT state any water damage or any water in my headlights at my first visitI still have the photos that I took at your dealer's parking lot that are showin a lot of water in my headlights (and covers not seated properly in the back of headlights) and service manager *** have seen that with his own eyesI also still have the text messages from my service advisor who probably got fired/let go at my 7th or 8th visitI'm just gonna copy and paste them herePlease see the texts below ;

We finish programming the carEverything is back fully functional but you will still have a warning light fault for the lamps, reason is the stepper motor in the headlamp assembly is physically broken other than this situation the lamps are fully functional and working properly for youThe programming took properly in the system is able to communicate as designedI'm heading into work now to clean up the paperwork and print your invoice, maybe minutes and then I'll call you and you're welcome to pick up today or Monday whichever is more convenientI'll talk to you soon ***

Sorry, I have no cell phone reception but I have datareason I asked if you knew how to install bulbs, since we were unable to do the deal with the headlamp assemblies I had BMW goodwill to xenon light bulbsThey are dollars eachI placed them on the passenger *** of the vehicleYou will need to pick up the car and then need somebody to install the bulbs for you that was the only way I can have you taken care of at no cost

The only other option I have to make this work is you will need to pick the car up install the bulbsThey're sitting on the passenger *** of the vehicle then call and make an appointment in weeks and at that time I can reopen the goodwill gesture and request the headlamp assemblies over againWhen you pick up the car just sign for it and don't make any mention of the goodwill to anyone

If u can pick up now, this is bestThe sooner you pick up the vehicle the sooner we can get the lamp assemblies taking care of through goodwillEvery day counts when it comes to goodwill gesture so I do think it's wise for you to grab the car if you can
This guy was representing BMW ConcordI don't wanna spend time in the court but I will do for sure if I can't get any other solution and If I do go to court , I will ask you to pay for my time that I spent for my car because of your advisor or serviceIt's been more than months already I've going back and forth to this service and they kept my car almost more than months in this month period
