[redacted] Customer service is poor, the agent even hung up on me because I wanted to speak to the manager, regarding my complaint an issue that I have been dealing with Bmw since beginning of August and still not resolved.
The agents do not care nor do they want to help the customer.
I've been a customer with BMW for 6 years.
I willl never deal with this company again as they do not know how to deal with there customers in a proper manner......
My advice stay as far as you can from this company.
