I am rejecting this response because:
As of today, no one offered to compensate me or fix/install what was agreed on and what I paid for. They offered to send me $2,which
does not cover the costI have rejected their offer. I also offered them to take the car back numerous times and refund my money! Please help as these people are not honest

We have been working on Mr ***'s veh since he came to pick it up, it had a fuel leak, we have taken care of ther fuel
leak problemHe also stated that there was a sratch on the rear door, we fixed the scratch also, we are now waiting on instructions for the delivery of his veh back to him

I have got the car back and I am very unhappy with the bodywork they did to the damage they causedI picked up car weeks prior and they forgot to replace some seals I guess they said which is very bad since they are a dealership and I expect elite service from them and not have them let me drive off in a car which is completely unsafeIf they had done everything as it should have happened I would've taken back my complaint but they didn'tThe body work is very bad quality it seemsThey didn't include my reports I asked for and they have been ignoring my calls since I've left a message sat and Monday and he should've gotten back to me by nowI need documentation about paint repair and warranty or I will get redone and expect reimbursementI didn't receive my check for and I was overcharged on invoice by about dollarsI still demand pull refund on the diagnostic charge

I spoke with Mr [redacted] many times about this issue, I explained that the vehicle came in with a flat tire, no mention of hitting a curb, we replaced the tire at his request, the technician did not notice any damage but he wasn't told about the vehicle hitting a curb. Mr [redacted] picked up the vehicle...

and left.He called Corina and said he smelled a burning smell, he brought the car back to the dealership but by that time the techs had left because we closed early for Christmas Eve. Corina smelld the car and did not notice a burning smell, she went for a test drive and still did not notice a burning smell which Mr [redacted] agreed with, Corina explained that the techs had left for the Christmas Holiday and that if he did not feel safe he could leave the car and we would look at it again on the next day we would be open which would have been Monday Dec 26, Mr [redacted] said he would go ahead and take the car and continue his trip, Corina explained to Mr [redacted] if something happens that he should call BMW roadside service.
We have agreed to reimburse Mr [redacted] for cust goodwill for the tire.We are not responsible for anything including the tire, we were not told he hit something that may have damaged the car, it was brought in for a flat tire and the request to change the tire.
