We are going to refund the customer his money

The issue with Mr [redacted] s vehicle was pre-existing and as a gesture of GOODWILL we offered to repair the problem for a third of the actual estimate.Mr [redacted] agreed and now he is complaining againWe even agreed to him paying $at the time of pick up and the other $by the 25th of Feb.It is expected that Mr*** completes his agreement with us

Revdex.com: Thanks for the quick following upI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Yes, the BMW of Bellevue service manager Engell P [redacted] involved on my case from yesterday 06/and is helping to resolve the issue activelyI had a face to face communication with Engell to share my experience, and he is friendly, warm and showing empathy to my experience, which is very helpful for me to rebuild the trust for BMW service After the conversation with Engell, his direct report took over and helped me to process my caseThere was some communication gap between Engell and his direct report, which made me go back and checked with Engell againOverall I think the service makes me feel much better nowI am looking forward for a happen ending for my BMW car repair experience this time and also in the future continuously Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The body shop paint should be good but because they are painted against metal and plastic it looks slightly different.Client can come in and compare with a car on the lotIf we both agree the color is wrong we will repaint it.The clear plate will be installed as soon as the client is happy with the
