I'm reviewing the customers complaint with the employees involvedI understand their position and statement "I do not expect to receive any money back, because it is my our word against theirs, but I want everyone to know
what their business practices are." Considering that this is not our business practice I will investigate the customers accusations and update this complaint according to my findings

Thank you for talking with me yesterday regarding the above mentioned complaint. As we discussed, we are very sorry to hear that [redacted] had a less than...

satisfied experience with our dealership. There was some mis- communication on our side, however, the client did receive his refund back.

Review: Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car.

1)Purchased a Certified Pre-owned BMW X5. Few minutes after I left the dealership, I noticed that air vents were broken and car was shaking over every bump. Called my sales person and was advised to have the car looked at near my home at my local dealer. Took the car to my local BMW dealer. $2,587.87 of repairs were estimated (control arm and ball joint, replaced front rod bushings were dry rotted, light bulb, broken front and rear air vents, and other minor issues). Advised their used sales manager and he promised to call first thing in the morning the my BMW dealer. Never called and did not return my calls until after the car was fixed and I paid the full price of repairs.

2) My temporary registration is expiring in 2 days (this Sunday). Today is Friday. I still don't have my licence plates. I was advised to stop driving the car.

Again worst experienceDesired Settlement: I could have purchased a used car. I purchased a certified pre-owned and spent $2,587.87 to fix it the same week. I have all the paper work and documentation. I'm requesting a refund of the repairs done by BMW of [redacted]

Regards,

Dealership performed work on my BMW they completed a CAS and key change and battery change. After that the vehicle power windows and lighting system did not work. I asked the dealership to correct it they claimed it was preexisting. It was working prior to battery change. Dealership refused to take responsibility to address issue lighting system not working security system not working.

Review: I placed a refundable deposit on Saturday, February 8, 2014, for a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 BMW 38Xi wagon I was interested in purchasing. After further consideration, and within the time period the dealer gave me to consider, I instructed the dealer on Monday, February 10, 2014, both verbally and with a follow up email that I was no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle in question. Upon informing the sales associate, [redacted] of my desire for a refund, he promptly refused and proposed an arbitrary policy about needing to come in physically to the dealer to process the refund.

I currently do not own a car and have no means to get to the dealer. I simply need a credit card refund for the refundable deposit I placed on the car, which can most certainly be handled over the phone. I have placed repeated phone calls and sent repeated emails with no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the full $1,000 deposit I placed on the car.

Review: I bought a 2013 BMW 335i back in January of 2013 from Bridgewater BMW. Long story short they sold me a wheel and tire protection package. Well last Saturday they said ALL four wheels were bent and I told them about my protection package. They scheduled me for Thursday August 6th (today). I recieved a phone call this morning saying they were not covered under said protection plan because the tires were not damaged. When purchasing the protection plan I was told anything that happens to the wheel or tire they would be covered. This is a VERY shady business practice and it really surprised me as I've had nothing but good things to say about this dealership.Desired Settlement: Partial refund of wheel and tire protection package as I bent a wheel last winter without damaging the tire and it was fixed/replaced. Which is why I'm perplexed as to why they're not fixing them this time.

I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I had a complaint in August about the BMW dealership in Bridgewater, NJ. It was about a wheel and tire package not covering things I felt it should have. Well because of you guys fighting for me they said I'd get a partial refund of six hundred dollars which I was fine with and agreed was sufficient. Well I haven't received said refund check and was wondering if the Revdex.com could do a follow up on what's going on. Thanks, [redacted]
