Bad rusted out sub-frame rear assembly 2011 Mercedes Benz
I recently wrote a review about 2 weeks ago about my used 2011 Benz well results are still not satisfied its more of disrespectful I spoke with the GM MR. Dori Dado he informed me that he would buy my car back for 8 grand or put me in another vehicle now I payed with everything 10k for the car replaced both front and rear bumpers to get the car looking even better because both bumpers was jacked up and that was almost another 2k just put front and rear breaks on it also so we looking at another 3 k but he want to give me 8k for it and turn around and make money off of me crazy . I told him the car was in the shop I would buy the part and if he could pay the labor part 1500 dallors labor 900 dallors wich is a deal thats a 12 hour job . he told me no he dont want to put money into the car but thats crazy because he was willing to give me 8k for it .the sub-frame in the rear is rusted out and have to be replaced and they dont want to take no blame for it I had this vehicle since Dec. 28th 0f 2020 and put 7k miles on it and the vehicle is garage kept its no way in that time frame with the miles that this frame would rust and brake off I could have lost my life on the highway or hurt someone this vehicle shouldnt have been sold from the begining and shouldnt have passed the safety inspection . I purchased it as as is but it should have been inspected properly photos will be coming soon once the subframe is taken off when I put on brakes this car tailed in the rear because it broke off due to rust . they have given me a run around about this vehicle so again plesase dont buy I used vehicle from here I felt like a second class citizen they have my money all he kept saying is you bought it as is like I dont knw what I signed but they vehicle shouldnt have been sold to to safty issue

All of the repairs were covered under warrantyCar repairs were completed and we needed the loaner car returnedBest regards, [redacted] F [redacted] , G.M

Dear [redacted] I would to start with saying that I totally understand you frustration with our dealership and the refund should not have taken that long.I checked with my office staff and confirmed that a check was mailed out on 1/30/(see attached for a copy of the check).at this point you should receive the check in the next day or two, if for some reason you don't have it by Wednesday please feel free to contact me directly (email is the best way of communication).sincerely,Dori D***

In reference to ID# [redacted] We met with [redacted] yesterday and explained to him the situation with his vehicle After investing man hours at $per hour and still not being able to determine the problem We decided to waive any charges there was on his vehicle and give it back to him He did acknowledge that the vehicle did come to our shop with the DSC/AWD light on and that problem still exists He is currently trying to find someone that might be able to fix the vehicle At this point we just needed to cut our losses and stop working on the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because:
BMW of Freehold Dealer has kept our vehicle for over days with apparently now more problems than when they received it. It is possible they unknowingly sparked the electrical system while replacing the battery they had diagnosed as the needed repair. They are now abandoning us and our vehicle while we make arrangements via BMW USA HQ to move the car to another BMW DealerThey took our loaner and we now have no car.See attached pages of emails which spell out the events and aggravation they have caused

Mrand Mrs*** have bought two cars from us, when we delivered the car in question to the customer they assumed that the car had the same features as the first one (two different models, to be clear), there were no issues at time of delivery only laterAt the time customer never
said that first Client Advisor ( ***) told them the features are in the car only later on when he was no longer here to give his side of the storyUnfortunately the feature in question cannot be installed after the fact, and customer had all the rights and opportunities to back out of deal when they realized it’s not what they wantedWe have been doing this for a long time and making customer take cars they didn’t order is not what we practice here at BMW of FreeholdIf you have any questions please do not hesitate to call

Hi, Once policy have been cancelled there is a waiting period until dealer get the $$ from insurance company, however the issue with [redacted] was resolved and a refund was issued. Thank you [redacted] General Sales Manager

In reference to ID# [redacted].  We met with [redacted] yesterday and explained to him the situation with his vehicle.  After investing 86 man hours at $145.00 per hour and still not being able to determine the problem.  We decided to waive any charges there was on his vehicle and...

For the tires, the car had been coming to the dealership for regular service. No one had pointed out that the tires were in that condition that they were unsafe to drive. The car was fine while driving. Yes, the tires may have been somewhat worn out but that would happen with driving. I pointed out that I had driven a [redacted] and [redacted] prior to that for about the same mileage and I was taken by surprise as those returns had no such issues. However, I agreed to pay whatever was due. But when I mentioned that others needed to know what my experience was with BMW and this dealership as opposed to my other experiences, he flew off the handle and insisted that I take the car away, that 'he did not want to see this car on this lot', that I had to call BMW and deal with them on my own. That it was my 'bad karma' that this was happening.  It is unfortunate that this dealership has such people working there. Having said all of this, I was contacted by a different manger the next day and we discussed everything. I offered to get new front tires from another place. He suggested that I don't.  He did accept the car back. Both keys were dropped off. I am rejecting this response because:
The sales manager never income us we could back out of the deal. And the two car deals were not done on the same day. The second car still has not been serviced correctly as well. It still has the service to be co.pelted prior to giving car to customer lights still lit as proof. Again it is unfortunate that I had to go through this experience. I am a Fina cial advisor and have always sent my clients to this company. I am now sending all of my clients to t b eir competitors. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I cannot be more disappointed with an organization where the sales manager promised to call me back numerous times and never did. No Thanks you will never get my business back again. I'm
Regards,
[redacted]

Customer did have a sched. appointment for 7PM however showroom was busy and he was asked to wait, which he waited about 30min. not an hour.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the car with two keys, as a dealer we inspect the car in behalf of BMW NA and if we miss anything on the...

inspection we get charge instead of customer. [redacted] was making threats that if we didn't waive the charges he will blast us on social media which he did, We also offered him to contact BMW NA and have an inspector come to him to preform inspection in a location of his choice, but he was not happy about the charges even though his tires are bold and unsafe to drive on.
at this point we are willing to pick up the car from him after: he get the inspection done by a third party (he can call BMW him self or I can schedule it for him) and remove all negatives reviews from social media.

Review: Our BMW X5 has been in the dealership for repairs now over a month! When we visit the shop, our car is outside, and not being worked on. We are promised repair and given quotes, only to have them change their minds and still no fixed car!Desired Settlement: We want our car back and running again!

Review: leased two cars, one came without the features requested specifically, the second was given to me without the QC services done prior to purchase. I have attempted to contact them through customer relations department and a lady names ALY called me once, the managers promised to call me to resolve, and no further correspondence from them. we started our purchase with a salesman named Clay that was then let go and completed with another salesman named frank. Looks like Clay made the error and they are refusing to correct.Desired Settlement: I would like my wifes car replaced with one that has the features she requested, and I would like my card serviced immediately

Review: I am leasing a new car; lease sale has been done by BMW of Freehold. At signing they sold me an expensive Tires Protection Policy. At the time of signing manager/salesperson assured me that it can be cancelled any time and that he will "personally take care of cancelling it, should I choose to do so". Same clause is stated explicitly on the policy agreement - coverage can be cancelled any time. After 3 month I decided to cancel the policy and contacted BMW of Freehold regarding that. They assured me that they will mail me the cancellation form and the check with the left balance on the policy ( I paid for it upfront at lease signing). Since then I spoke to several people at BMW of Freehold --- my car sale rep, general manager, policy sales rep --- at least 4 or 5 times. Insurance sales rep ignored my calls for long time, finally promised to send me the cancellation form (after I spoke to one of the general managers at BMW of Freehold). I've got no form from them despite the promises, called again - last time it was approximately a month ago. Still nothing...

I has been patient long enough and now its clear to me that they do not want to honor their promises and do not want to follow explicitly stated agreement on the insurance provider's policy.Desired Settlement: I want this policy finally cancelled and balance check due to me mailed to my address.

I want them to apologize and assure me that this practice will not be repeated in the future.
