Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I'm specifically talking about the right taillight that unfortunately has not been repaired based on BMW recall which was admitted by BMW on their previous response which clearly stated that they fixed the left (driver) side although when they fixed it in early I was told that they fixed both sides..!! Of course, I'll bring the car to them for merely fixing the right taillight based on their recall Your Answer Here]

In response to *** ***'s most recent reply we cannot provide him any assistance unless he brings his vehicle into our Service Department so that we can assess his issue and provide an educated diagnosisAs stated in my original response if his issue turns out to be related to the repair work done in January we will be happy to advocate on his behalf with BMWIf however, the issue is unrelated or if BMW fails to provide the customer goodwill support for the parts in question, the cost of the diagnosis and of the repair will be at his expense. It is impossible to ascertain what his "tail lamp" symbol indicates (could be a bad bulb, a bad socket, bad wiring or a bad assembly) by engaging in telephone discussions and letter writing campaigns

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[As indicated in my original complaint, I called BMW early this month and informed them that I noticed a "tail light" symbol  on my dashboard indicating a defect/fault in the right (passenger side) of the tail light assuming that BMW already took care of it when my vehicle was serviced in January of 2015. When I called early this month, they informed me that the necessary repair was done in January 2015 and subsequently it's been more than 2 years and therefore, any related repair will be done on my own expense. On the other hand, according to BMW response, it's explicitly clear that they did the left "driver side" and never touched the passenger side which is contrary to what I was told in January 2015 that the repair was done for both sides. Thanks!

[redacted]RE: [redacted] ID# [redacted]I am in receipt of your correspondence dated June **, 2017 regarding the issues related to our previous customer...

[redacted] and his 2003 BMW 325xi.Our records indicate that [redacted]’s vehicle was last in our service department in January 2015 on two separate occasions. On or about January *, 2015 we performed a BMW Service Campaign (SIB 630611) replacing a tail light ground connector and a left tail lamp bulb socket. On or about January [redacted] 2015 we performed a second BMW Service Campaign (SIB 651714) to replace the vehicles passenger front airbag. We have no indication of [redacted]’s vehicle being back in our facility for servicing since those repairs were completed.I have been advised that our service department received a telephone call from [redacted] in early June of this year, inquiring as to the extent of warranty coverage for parts failures associated with a previous BMW Service Campaign. Specific to his question he was advised during the call that, as a point of reference, all BMW replacement parts carry a two-year manufacturer warranty when installed by an authorized BMW repair facility, and that his previous repairs exceeded the two-year warranty timeframe. That conversation notwithstanding, it is impossible for us to ascertain the issue [redacted]’s vehicle is currently experiencing without having it in our service department; and we have not seen it. If the issue he is experiencing is somehow related to the BMW Service Campaign performed in January 2015 we would be more than willing to reach out to BMW of North America and request their assistance in rectifying the situation; however if the problem is unrelated the cost associated with the diagnostic work and subsequent repairs would be at his expense. If he would like to contact our Service Department to schedule an appointment for the diagnostic evaluation we would be happy to address this matter.Sincerely,R. Review: On 5/*/15 I purchased a used vehicle. A miscalculation of tax in my favor has them owing me $67.00. I was told at pick up, that a check would be issued and mailed to me. I have not received the refund as 7/**/15. I was also charged $250.00 for estimated registration fees. I was transferring plates and when I received my registration the fee was recorded as $32.00, a difference of $218.00. I have not yet received a refund for this amount as of 7/**/15. I have contacted my salesman numerous times and promised that it has been taken care of and the "check was on the owner's desk awaiting signature". As of yet, I have not received any refunds owed and they are now not returning my calls.Desired Settlement: I simply want my $285 in refunds owed. It has been eight weeks, long enough for any business to affect a refund in my opinion.
