Dear Revdex.com, I am sending you this letter in regards to complaint [redacted] Despite many contradictions Victoria Solomon has made, I stand with my service departments PA inspection and safety check on this vehicleWe did spent over $to upgrade the vehicle and pass state inspection standardsWe have our attached repair order with a complete breakdown and prices of the services performed on this vehicle.Sincerely, Phil FGSM

On 7/10/17, I was told there were two steps to receiving a gift cardHaving my information forwarded. This was doneGoing to the dealership for the deactivationThey had trouble finding that I had been to the dealership to get the deactivation completed. Even though I had a waiver signed by myself and the dealership representative. After a few more calls on my part the card arrived on July 28, 2017. So this complaint can be closed. Never got a call back on voice messages I left for dealership personnel. Another fine example of lack of customer relations during this 1/month process.

First, two sales people from BMW Reading engaged me in dialogue about a vehicle purchase, only to tell me 48 hrs. later -- after I'd made work arrangements, insurance quote queries and credit report submission -- that the vehicle was actually not for sale, and being purchase by a BMW Reading staff member. I then found two other possible vehicles with BMW Reading; on consulting with a different sales rep. over both e-mail and phone, was only told after the fact that the dealership requires a "protective deposit" in order to run my credit, a fact he doubtlessly knew about, but elected not to tell me until the last possible opportunity, long after I'd already submitted personal info, soc. security number, etc. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.

Review: I bought a 2007 pathfinder from bmw of reading and 6 months later I am out 3600.00 for a bad transmission that they were aware of. there was a design flaw from nissan and this has been known in the car world since 2005. also my wife and I were told no extended warranty would be offered at time of sale. when I called back to speak to gen manager there he said I should have purchased the extended warranty??? Its pretty obvious they knew about it. nobody should ahve to spend that much money 6 months after purchase.Desired Settlement: I want them to cover our bill, and we have receipts from [redacted] where it was fixed. Its the right thing to do.

Review: November 2012 we purchased a BMW 545i from this dealer with the promise that the active steering and check engine light issues would be resolved. After a few attempts to correct them ourselves, and the refusal to honor the verbal agreement (and via email) by the dealer, we took it to be diagnosed locally. The outcome is that the dealer was aware of the issue, reset the light, ignored the active steering faults, and now the car is next to worthless without close to 6,000$ in repair. It's an emissions issue that would not caused further damage by the length of time we've driven the vehicle.Desired Settlement: Repair at your expense, or refund the prorated amount of the vehicle with a mutual agreement from buyer.
