Thank you for working with BMW of San Antonio and Ms*** We are not able to engage in mediation or arbitration with Ms [redacted] as it relates to her BMW Her primary concern about the mechanical function of her car is an issue between her and BMW North America where we, BMW of San Antonio, repaired the car multiple times under BMW's direction Each time her vehicle has been under our care, she has been offered and accepted a BMW loan car while the repairs take place We have worked diligently on behalf of Ms [redacted] with BMW to offer the best resolution possible BMW has offered their most comprehensive extended warranty available (over $3,value) with coverage for an additional years after the expiration of her warranty based on time or the total odometer of 100,miles (total coverage years/100,miles from the original service date) at no charge to Ms*** As her car has is very close to expiring factory warranty, it is very important that if Ms [redacted] chooses this option, we move forward on the paper very quickly because after Ms***'s car goes over 50,miles, our options are very limitedPlease let me know how you would like to proceedThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello Ms [redacted] , I am sending this written request to have the above-mentioned care reopened based on the fact that my car has been taken back to the dealership again as of 7/30/due to my dash screen "blacking" out for no apparent reason when car is in operationThis is the third time my car has been taken in for this incident, not to mention other electrical issues (i.eair conditioning, brakes, check engine light, etc.) that I have experience since the purchase of my new car in Jan I have already addressed this issue to the Corporate office of BMW compliance team and the only resolution they are offerring is to sell me extended warranty for $lower than the price of the original offerThis is not satisfactory to me, I do not feel that the resolution to the issue of my car being in the shop over times within the past months is the remedy to the issueI do not feel that I should be subjective to purchasing a warranty at $if my car is not working properly and each time I bring my car in it is short term solutionI feel that based on the history of my car and the fact that I have been more than patience and have patronized BMW to the utmost with the multiple issues that BMW should pay in full for the extended warrantyTherefore, I am requesting for Revdex.com to please re-review my case and assist me with a better solution to the issue of my year old BMW in order to reassure me undue out of pockets expenses that I may incur due to the multiple issues that I have been encounteringThank you in advance for any assistance you can provide on this requestPlease feel free to contact me at [redacted] ***, should you have any additional questions regarding my caseSincerely, [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***

Mrs*** has been a good customer of BMW of San Antonio’s from the purchase of the vehicle and all of her servicesWe have repaired the car in most instances on one trip however she has had some electrical issues that have reoccurred over the last couple visitsWe have worked with BMW’s technical team to properly identify the cause of the issue and repair it Mrs***’s car is no longer in our shop and the last repair was completed on July 15thWe value Mrs***s business and have done everything we can according to BMWThe offer of the extended warranty was made by BMW of North America and is out of our immediate control other than reviewing her repair history with themThey look at the history and make a recommendation based on their guidelinesI would be willing to work on our level to further discount the Extended warranty another $if that would help Mrs***? Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to helpThanks *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Hello Ms*** thank you so much for your time todayIn response to this complaint and to the dealership I'm very concerned that they are stating that my car was actually given back to me on July 15th when in actuality my car is still there and has been there since July the 29thI am currently driving one of their loaners and I received a text from courtney on 7/and calls on 8/and 8/from service technician "Adam" stating that they would have to keep my car longer because they're trying to find the problem to my this display and why it keeps blacking outTherefore the offer that they're giving me would not suffice for what I'm still experiencing due to the fact that my car is still in their possessionThank You

I have already addressed this issue to the Corporate office of BMW compliance team and the only resolution they are offerring is to sell me extended warranty for $1000 lower than the price of the original offer. This is not satisfactory to me, I do not feel that the resolution to the issue of my car being in the shop over 8 times within the past 9 months is the remedy to the issue. I do not feel that I should be subjective to purchasing a warranty at $2200 if my car is not working properly and each time I bring my car in it is short term solution. I feel that based on the history of my car and the fact that I have been more than patience and have patronized BMW to the utmost with the multiple issues that BMW should pay in full for the extended warranty. Therefore, I am requesting for Revdex.com to please re-review my case and assist me with a better solution to the issue of my 2 year old BMW in order to reassure me undue out of pockets expenses that I may incur due to the multiple issues that I have been encountering.
