Customer recived her plates on 9/10/Also we will make a monthly installment payment for customer as they were not able to use their vehicle for that time frame

I am rejecting this response because:You may not have seen it since July of but neither has anyone elseBMW's own service records and the Carfax report verifies thisThat still leaves you as the last service department to do an oil change, regardless of time passed, BMW financial sold the vehicle only 1,miles after your service department changed the oilIf BMW financial did an inspection than I would like a copy of that reportIf it was in perfect condition at that time than perhaps the local dealership who claimed it was your dealership who did the damage, is actually at faultOtherwise, please tell me how a bolt in the oil pan gets completely stripped out by anyone other than the service department changing the oil

Unfortunatley as not having sold the vehicle and no mention of the last vistit that the X5 had a bent oil panor a stripped nut- we would never take responsibility. Your selling reputable dealer would have been able to determine if the vehicle waws ever saferty checked that there was a pre-existing...

condition. We serviced thate car last in 7/9/2015 ans it is now a year and three months later. The car was sold by BMW FS to an independent dealer. The aformentioned car we have not seen since 7/2015. Secondly at an auto auction where BMW Financial Services sells their vehicles they would have done an inspection prior to sale with anything bent under the vehicle.

Mark [redacted] purchased a vehicle form us about a year ago. It is true we actually had to Mark [redacted] in the system and we accidently did the paperwork with the wrong one. We fixed the issue and settled with $500 payment. We come to find out BMW Financial Services merged the two Mark [redacted]'s in...

their data base, at no fault of BMW of Tenafly. They have fixed the issue and have credited Mr [redacted]s account of one monthly payment.
