Response:Unfortunately due to an untimely death, there was a delay in our receipt of the title from the previous owners of the vehicle purchased by Chris [redacted]. We supplied Mr. [redacted] with his registration on February 1st, 2016.
Review: I saw a vehicle advertised at $26,991 with 38,000 miles listed. I went to take a look at the vehicle only to find out it actually had 48,000 miles on it. The salesman response to this is "it has been on loaner for 2 weeks." I can't see someone driving 10K in two weeks.Turns out I really liked the car, I let the salesman know I am interested in purchasing the car but I tell the sales manager ([redacted]) that the price should be adjusted at least a little due to the 10,000 extra miles that were not advertised on the site. The sales manager refused to adjust it or compensate me for the mis information and false advertising on the site. I let the salesman ([redacted]) know that I am currently awaiting the insurance check to clear for my totaled vehicle and it may be the first week of September to clear. (That was the week of August 26) I was in need of a vehicle at this point. I decided not to refute the decision to adjust the price and just pay the sticker price of the vehicle. They told me that the vehicle must go by the last day of August and they cannot wait for the check to clear, they would not hold the vehicle. Ofcourse this is the deceptive pressuring of the sales team to hit their monthly sales goal and maybe the salesman was one car away from a "bonus." They pressure me to call my bank to release the funds early. I inform them I would like to pick up the car that Friday 8/30. I go to pick up the vehicle that day and inform the sales manager ([redacted]) that it feels like it has a rough idle. They informed me they check every car out fully before it is sold and I have nothing to worry about, He put my mind at ease for the moment. After purchasing the vehicle it was it the shop for a cold start misfire 3 days after. It has been in the shop 2 weeks with multiple parts replaced, vehicle was returned to me TWICE only to take it back the next day with same issue. It is now back in the shop to see if they can fix it, I have not been able to enjoy my new vehicle purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the sales manager. He informed me I had nothing to worry about but the car has been in the shop pretty much since the day I purchased it. He showed no em[redacted]hy for the inconvenience and did not apologize to me. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience experienced with having to take my car back 3 times to the shop and still waiting for a "proper diagnosis and repair." I travel 30 minutes each way to this dealer by the way. The car is still not repaired correctly and I have not been able to enjoy my new vehicle purchase AT ALL. This is not something that should be expected just after purchasing a low milage car from a BMW dealership. Very disappointed with the sales manager as well as the service expectation.
