changing the water pump at 60,000 miles is false. The vehicle was not certified because it had to many miles and was out of warranty. Upon receiving a phone call from the customer because the vehicle required a brake fluid [redacted] agreed to send the customer a check to pay for the stated brake flush. A check was received by the customer for the brake flush as promised. At this point we have fulfilled our agreement with customer and no further action is required.
