To whom it may concern, This whole matter stemmed from a product failure and the vehicle was repaired under warranty. Mr. [redacted] refused to take delivery of the vehicle so we worked with the manufacturer to replace the vehicle and do a substitution of collateral. I am happy to report Mr. [redacted]...
