Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from BMW was saying the same thing they said the first time aroundI did go in on January and tell the service writer NOT to do the job that I did approve the day before since my wife and I talked about and there were other matters we wanted addressed, one being the heatAlso, they never addressed how the service writer told me on January that the job they did sell me would fix my check engine light issue, but when I picked up the car the light came back on and was told that service writer misunderstood the techOnce again I will state I asked for that job not be done on January 12, but that same service writer must have misunderstood me also, like she did the techI have taken my wife, *** ***, car's to another service station for a complete inspection to find out nothing is wrong with the battery and there are other things wrong safety wise that you all should've addressed first then the job you sold meI can get a print out and that tech took my to the lift where the car was and walked me through all the issues including the ones you all missed and the ones I asked to be addressed before any work be done on January when I was at the dealershipAlso, I was told that the battery will not make any of the lights that I have on come on or problems with the heat due to low voltage, which the battery was tested twice after leaving BMW with it to find out there is no low voltage problem at allAs for the honest review my wife gave you on facebook, that in no way disparages your company, as I went on there and there are other very poor reviews from other people complaining about the service departmentI am very disappointed that this is how BMW would be towards a customerI will say it one last timeI told them on January not to go ahead with the job and to look at the heat and humming noise first, which the car sat for business days and then Tuesday when the part came in for the job I asked not to be done when I was at BMW in person on January 12, the car was taken apart and worked on without the other matters I asked for to be looked at firstThe discount off the job I asked not to be done does not in any way resolve the matterA free check on the car doesn't eitherI asked for the heat to be addressed on January and my wife had to drive the vehicle during one of the coldest months hours a day for a month with no heat due to you guys not hearing my request to not do the work and look at the heatAs being a disabled veteran I only get a check once a month, and the money we spent on a job I asked you all NOT to do was the last little bit of money we had extra from the car accident the car was inWhy would I not want the heat fixedFrom this experience and what I have read in reviews on Facebook and other places, you're service department makes itself look badI am disappointed that I didn't do my research prior to bringing my car thereYou have done a number on my family since like I said not to do the job, and being the upstanding man I am I paid anyway, and that I was told initially that would fix the check engine light and it didn't.
