Dealership, the entire tow must be a Pay-Per-Use (PPU). After a review of our system we do not find the customer contacted BMW Roadside Assistance until after the vehicle was towed or that the vehicle was towed to a BMW dealership. The claim was correctly denied per the program guidelines. Due to the police being on scene and issuing a tow before the customer could utilize the program as a customer accommodation we have paid this $250.00 tow reimbursement to the customer. Thank you.
