We do respect your concerns about your complaint, As before we mentioned you in conversation with us that we only accept returns within days from the delivery date(I have attached our return policy which is also mentioned on our website)As you come in with this complaint after a year, where we really cant help you as per our company policy

Ordered cables asking for a specific colorThey carelessly sent wrong color, completely messing up an important deadlineInconvenient and cost me time/money

I ordered 10 boxes of Cat6 plenum cable through BN Cables. While the price was very good, the quality of the cable was not. Several boxes were extremely knotty, hard to pull, some of the cable had nicks on the outer layer and one cable even broke while being pulled (a first time experience for our tech who has been in the field for almost 15 years). At first, we were very impressed by the customer service we were afforded. The company offered to come out the next day to bring some replacement boxes. By noon, in the middle of a big job which they were aware of, no one had been out on site, still. I was not contacted until I reached out to customer service saying no one had been there. Eventually someone showed up, and we had used all the cable up by that point. They left the cable there, which I intended to purchase since it was already there. I reached out to customer service to see what we could work out about the price, because of the major inconvenience. They offered a very small discount, but I said ok, but outlined some of the problems I had encountered using their company and explained that I would not be a repeat customer. The representative then tried to say I was implying that I wanted the cable for free, which was entirely not true, and not what I said in my emails. I was simply explaining my problems so maybe they could fix these for future encounters. I will NOT be a costumer of this company again.

Excellent products and service.
