My husband and I took our daughter to look at condos today and came across BNA Homes of Back CreekWhen we walked in, no one acknowledge us, greeted us, or asked if they could help usWe said we'd like to look around and did so in the first model homeWe thought that by then someone would approach us and ask us our thoughts, offer to show us the other three models, or somethingInstead both people were just sitting at their computers and said nothingI then spoke up and asked if we could see the other unitsI expected someone to take us to the other properties, or maybe give us some paperwork about what we were going to see, and ask us if we had any questions, etcThey said nothingWe went to go and look at the other models and they were lockedThe guy then came behind us a minute later and unlocked themThese folks weren't the least bit interested in selling a home and were most unprofessionalI'm not sure if they were upset about working Sunday or if they were filling in for others, but the treatment we received was very unprofessionalI can't imagine that this is standard operating procedure for BNA HomesI was not impressed and will tell other first time buyers not to consider this communityMy daughter was so excited about the different units and wanted more information, but every piece of information we got we had to ask forIt was like we were bothering them
