David B's review posted 19/07/should have been my first clue of incompetenceSpecifically at the end of the reply from BNA, it ended "Sincerely, Barry Mykyforuk and Assoc...."Cant even spell their own name correctly!
As to my experience:
early on in the monthly reporting process, I started to see differences between my reporting and their follow up Surplus CalculationsWhen questioning them about these differences, they repeatedly denied any errorsFrustrated that I was denied a one on one meeting to clear this up, I stopped making monthly payments for the last months of the month term
The requisite month consultation with BNA was an absolute jokeTo be clear, I wasn't laughingThe agent for BNA was minutes late (in their own office), totally unprepared, and started the meeting by dropping the 4" thick file on the desk and said: "talk to me"I felt totally disrespected, and lost all confidence in BNA moving forward
At the end of the month term, I was informed I still owed $x,xxx.xx and would not be discharged until it was paidI reviewed my records and those of BNA and concluded BNA had overstated my income by $x,xxx.xx and understated my non-discretionary payments by $x,xxx.xxA Surplus Calculation swing of $xx,xxx.xx!
A mediation conference call was arranged with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy in which BNA started the discussion with their willingness to accept $xxx.xx in monthly payments from me until the balance claimed was settledI replied with providing the mediator and BNA (again) with my findings and the errors in BNA calculationsThankfully, after review, it was agreed, finally, that the account was settled and a discharge would be forthcomingThe discharge was received shortly thereafter
My experience with bankruptcy was painful, in and of itselfFor me, BNA made it even more painfulThey were incompetent, impatient, and incredulousAt times, arrogant

After more than years struggling with a huge debt load, and current change in job due to Oil and Gas market, we were stretched so thin and stressed outWe visited a couple of trustees to seek help and guidance on what options we hadBNA Solutions and specifically Barry *** were absolutely wonderfulThey provided us with all our options and I truly felt he worked in our best interest, he was never judgmental or made us feel like we failedThe process was made easy for us to understand, and he was always available to answer all my questions and concernsWe would recommend him to anyone in our situationHe is professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient and works for your best interest and situation

BNA is a great business to have your back and they will give you all the knowledge for you to make the decision that is best for you, they are legit and very professional, I 100% refer this company

Life often doesn't work out as you'd hope With the economic conditions in Calgary, I found myself laid off and unable to service my debt This was stressful and took it's toll on both my health and relationships Desperate and not knowing where to turn, I called BNA Solutions
From the very first contact, I was treated with empathy, compassion, and understanding I was fully explained all my options with respect to Consumer Proposals and/or Bankruptcy Immediately, I felt comfortable, relieved and able to best make decisions that would benefit my creditors yet allow me to maintain my self respect and dignity
