Review: I bought a supplement from BNG enterprises via [redacted]. The supplement included a mail in rebate for the amount of $15 . In the rebate instructions, the product's "UPC code" was requested which I gave in writing along with receipt of purchase. I received a letter back saying that my rebate could not be processed because I did not include the "UPC (Bar code) off the box bottom or label off the bottle" The wording was different. By this time I had thrown out the bottle (It was several weeks later and so I could not comply with the new request. So I sent a letter back explaining that the original wording did not as for the physical label and that I had included the UPC code as required. This second letter was returned to sender without even being opened. I would consider this to be fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like my $15 rebate as well as an apology from the company if possible. Barring that, I would at least like to make consumers more aware of this issue so that they do not fall victim to the false rebate claims of BNG enterprises.
