Jeff stopped into my place of Employment in August 2016. I purchased the meat October 2015, called Gabe around March talked to him about the steaks I didn't care for, he told
me to try some others and if all others are good they would exchange what we did not care for. I called back and told him that I was ready to exchange around July and he told me that I had to talk to Jeff. Jeff stopped in in August trying to sell more meat and I told him that I was unhappy and that I phoned the company and they told me to call himHe told me to call his cell and then gave me that number as I didn't have the meat at my workplace. I called his cell in September and kept getting a message that the call was rejected. Called back to the office and left a message and was never contacted. So Jeff was working and had the company truck in August. Yes now it's been over a year that the meat was purchased so that is very convenient for them. If I would have known how dishonest the company was, I would have written down the exact date and time that I called the company. I did leave a message on their answering machine, so if there is a way to retrieve that message even if deleted that would be great but doubtful. I could get a record of my phone calls to them from our phone provider if necessary, but I doubt if they record the conversations. If the owner does not want to settle this with me that's fine, lesson learned on my part, but believe me I will get the word out about the company and their broken promises possibly with a billboard in Lancaster Ohio, I do have many friends. Jeff had told me who he sold meat to here so I can also contact them. This is not a good way to do business. When someone leaves a message on your business phone it is customary to call them back

I am rejecting this response because: The statement which B and G Meats gave you is falseFirstly, we did not wait months before we made the initial phone callIt was not within three days BUT his brochure states that the product is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase for tendernessWe called him immediately after eating the first steak, which he stated we cooked it wrongHe then told us to try a ribeye cut and cook it frozen, which we did a couple weeks later because we were leaving for vacation for weeksWe did cook it when we got home, and again, horrible texture...very very chewyImmediately called owner, who at that point said he would come pick up remainder of the case and give us a FULL refund This was his suggestion, which we agreed toWe then set a time and dayHe never showed upWe called him again, he set up a new time and dayOn that day, when it was becoming late in the evening, my husband called him and the owner stated he was out completing deliveries and was on StRt and would be over shortlyHe never showed upAfter this, he quit answering our phone calls Incidently , we had to use different phones (cell phones)to call him during this process due to the fact that he would not pick up when he saw our home phoneWe waited a little while longer to see if he would reach out to us and make good on what he promised us, but, after no response whatsoever, we then decided to contact Revdex.com and hopefully be able to warn other consumers of B and G Meats

The customer called two months after the purchaseI explained to her that BNG Meats are guaranteed for tenderness and freezer burnOnly exchanges will be honoredPlease notify our office within three days of the purchaseBut she waited two monthsI tried to switch one box out for her but she
declined

We have refunded $to the credit a week ago
