At this time, I have been contacted directly by BNI Craftsmen INC. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I'm practically begging them to complete a job that I paid 97% of what I owe themLess than 50% of the work is completeIn regards to the completed work, their workmanship does not meet my expectationsIn my opinion, amateurs would have done better
They rarely return callsI'm the one that always reaches out to them. They have given me at least dates that they claimed the work will be finished and it's still not completeI'm on the verge of losing my home because of these so-called contractors

At this time, I have been contacted directly by BNI Craftsmen INC. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because
The work is still not complete. They still need to install two split A/C units, a third electrical meter. And make a additional repairs to the upstairs apartment. Including replacing damaged travertine tiles, installing toilet. Replacing entry door. Repair radiator in living room. And replaced some damaged sections of wood floors.

Review: BNI Craftsmen entered into a contract with me to totally renovate my basement last July 2013. The work was supposed to take three weeks to complete, it's now over 14 months and they still have not finished the work. I paid them over $34,000 for a bill of $35,000. They caused additional damage to my home because they never changed the boiler before in stopped working this past winter. As a result, the pipes froze and burst causing additional damage to my entire house. I'm not even sure if the little work they performed was up to NYC standard code.Desired Settlement: I would like the work to be completed within the next few weeks or I would like my money back.

BNI Craftsmen (Business partners [redacted] and [redacted]) continues to not keep their promises. It's been about 15 months that a job that should have taken 3 weeks is still not complete.

I'm practically begging them to complete a job that I paid 97% of what I owe them. Less than 50% of the work is complete. In regards to the completed work, their workmanship does not meet my expectations. In my opinion, amateurs would have done better.
