Again customer disabbled vehicle by removing dash cluster and wiring to ING switch so vehicle would not start way before any metal work had been started on So there was no way to even check runability on vehicle after vehicle was painted until intieor of vehicle was put back together customer removed these parts and took them We didn't even have them to put back in The vehicle was previously wrecked in left rear and to say anything about structure damage to vehicle it was so rusted it was unbelievable The customer came into shop and collected bags of rust That was his structure damage Again customer disabbled vehicle by removing dash cluster from vehicle and has yet to pay for patettes to floor boards He left side floor boards is still rusted through have pictures of extensive rust on vehicle to collobrate thatFuel lines were rusted as bad as vehicle wasVehicle was towed away From bar across road did tow truck driver hook to rapinter support to tow vehicle was fine when left here Again was not going to put any more time in vehicle customer did not want to pay for services already rendered you just cant fix stupid and to say the cost is insane to undo work that customer has never paid for in first place is assinine We had to take rusted parts from vehicle and put it back together And havent been paid yet like I said before if customer wanted a 20,dollar restoration job she should have paid for that we have pictures of all of this This customer only recieved this vehicle because my lawyer said to release it Sheriffs department shouldn't have been involved in this matter at all Its a civil matter The Revdex.com has lawyer info call her she has the picutres Brian

Working in reverse, there has been court cases as early as last year given against Bnm auto for his shady business dealings. And I am getting a file of notarized documents from people who have been done wrong. The crazy thing is I've received so many responses to my page of abuse by Bnm. 
Regardless, back to the issue at hand, the only documentation you have is a made up document manufactured after two plus weeks after this case has been made. However, I have a bill stating every payment I Made and my final due at pickup. I requested nothing in this one week period from this receipt till the day you imaginarily raised the price. However, I was told day 1 that your guy was adding three clear coats and waiting till it hardens then wet sanding it. I was advised this because it was out of the ordinary way he does it, I know nothing about this and at day one, months prior to this increase, said whatever you think is best is fine on that. You mentioned in the legal video recordings (when you spoke in the camera) that it was because of adding parts you increased and then you changed story that is was because of buffing and polishing (nothing was requested or said of this prior to just wet sanding) and then you preceded to mention that the rest was because of nuts and bolts which we know is not true because I bought everything. 
I have documentation of time stamp photos and dated receipts reaching back to to many many weeks prior to my final bill. I have the bill/ receipt showing my payments made and what was "due at pickup" 
In regards to the hood being scrapped, that is a lie I have documentation from phone call logs calling Bnm and find out out about my hood and calling the scrap yard that took it. I also have the recording of [redacted] (His son) stating he threw it away himself. I have every piece and scrap of my car from the rear piece to bumper to broken grill. Everything (because I'm keeping everything) I have pics showing my hood in good condition Except rust that was on bends on the underside that was (at this time too costly to fix) but it has original stamping on it making it valuable and is irreplaceable, being you can NOT find a hood that's original and same year and in its condition. And as my pics show it was in great condition otherwise! 
If regards to the striping I bought this kit in beginning and have receipts for it.... If you have that paper I printed off to you that the guys used, please upload it so we can see. I have this document and it again, is timestamped at creation without any alterations. 
In regards to the business, this company is known for exhaust work locally. I have used them multiple times (this is when they decided on I give an estimate while exhaust work was done after) though there is a multitude of complaints against Brian and Bnm I was given an amazing price and was asked to use my car as a demo at car shows of what they do. 
There restoration shop is new and has barely any experience. They have NEVER completed a full restoration job. They have inly done it by the hour and have had another car for over a year plus. As Brian admitted the price was 2500 originally and we agreed and this started, then after one week went to 3000 due to him not realizing how much it would be. Then month later increasing to 3800 without any consent or knowledge, which on this day, we agreed to a max of 3200 because he argued with me so Much. After this, nothing changed until I was called in to what was said a completed car and I come in to see it is not and that he asked for 1200 extras. My video states this amount from his mouth, which is all the more reason you can see he is lying because he says it's 1100 now.  
I was the first restoration work done as a completed job and not still on going by the hour and he messed up and came up short supposedly, However, I should not be the one that's take advantage of because of his mistake. I would never have accepted this work if the price was what he is asking I can not afford it and this is a simple bait and switch. 
He has no documentation stating anything of any dates, any signatures, or agreements but I do! Including the most important one being my receipt that shows an entire amount to be paid all included, it shows multiple payments throughout the process, and shows a "final due at pickup" which I had on me to pay and it was refused because I wouldn't pay his imaginary 1200 more. 
Side note of the assault by Brian M[redacted], by way of his vehicle, I have video documentation showing Brian driving away then coming back to me getting out of car and coming towards me (not me to him)  and then as it goes, he assaults me after getting in his truck and backing into me
Revdex.com, please advise me on how I can send to you the documentation, the time stamped photos, the receipts, and the admittance by his son(the manager of the auto body) on video, of how his dad cheated me. These are multiple files that are complete and are a total of 4.3 gigs of memory. 
I can fit it all on a DVD and Mail it to you if that is possible?

Review: Car repaired was a 73 [redacted] that was painted, rust fixed, and metal replaced.

1. The paint can see the 80 grit sand paper used- horrible quality.

2. The door panel paint is cracking

3. The hood is new and bent

4. The frame was hook to a 4 wheeler and dragged, it has bent the radiator support

5. Fuel lines where hacked for a foot long distance and a hole put through it frome te floor pan being cut around the frame rail when replacing it.

6. Entire tank of gas was drained due to the cut.

7. Floor pan was to be replaced but it was only cut around frame rail and was not replaced. It appears that after cutting the fuel line they only put in the new pan, without cutting out the old one. It was/ is an unprofessional mess that if you don't go under the car tricks you into thinking it is done right but it's horrific.

8. Due to the floor pan not being correctly installed the floor frame rail was not welded to the pan causing an issue in structural integrity of the vehicle and could cause injury.

9. Welds on the rear quarter panel appear to be incorrectly done due to the cracking oaint in the rear driver quarter

10. The front fenders are cracking and chipping paint due to lack of prep

These are only the issues we have found without digging into the vehicle yet. Another shop is going to repair this being BNM cannot be trusted as this is incredible how bad and frankly dangerous this car is structurally in its current state.Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation)- Bnm need pay another shop to correct at least the structural issues and to fix all other workmanship errors

An apology is desired regardless in this as indri ether car not knowing he structural issues and cold have been badly injured leading to potential death.

Review: Brian M[redacted] is the owner. I had exhaust work done at a good price and I was satisfied. He said they do restoration work I took my car there and he said $2500 for everything in quarters repair floor pan and all rust with paint and stripes. All this and I would advertise his work for him. After he started they increased price to $3000 bevaise it was more work than he thought. I struggled but agreed to it. Soon again they said $3,900 or I could take my car. At this time car was in pieces... But I fought and we agreed on $3200. I have he bill stating this. During this time I made several payments totalling $2500. Yesterday Brian called me and said my car was done. When I show up he says now it's $4,400 total or I don't get my car. I argued and aid he was lying but he said so what pay it it in 30 days he is selling my car!!!

To top it all off my car was not finished my paint was not right the black wasn't flat like said to be original. The stencil I purchased was destroyed and it was painted in wrong place. The graphics were not put on. He threw away my hood he said to scrap when I said I'm keeping it to restore it. Because he threw it away I have to buy a new hood piece.... He didn't finish but he is trying to claim my car or charge me way More than agreed. I have documentation of payments and total amount including pickup. Nothing was changed there is no other documentation regarding this extra amount he made up.

I said Brian this is not fair. We argued and Brian's secretary argued and Brian hit me with his car!

Very bad experience and we are prosecuting him, but this needs reported and people need to know.Desired Settlement: Full refund is want I want. My car is not complete and I need to find someone who start and redo his work.
