Review: Fabrication and Installation of granite counter tops is unacceptable for the following reasons:. Granite chipped & damaged on every cut - an improper tool was used. Seam directly left of kitchen sink is jagged & wide - water is seeping into seam. 1/8 inch height difference in all backsplash joins. Seams sealed with red epoxy on black granite - makes jagged seams more noticeable. Granite needs to be buffed & cleaned. Granite chipped around bathroom sink - danger of cutting skin. Counter top in bathroom entirely different color from granite around sinks. Kitchen sink installed incorrectly

We paid BNP Cabinet $6222.32 up front for both cabinets and granite counter tops. We are satisfied with the cabinets. It is the granite only which is in dispute.What I as the consumer need from BNP Cabinet:. I keep the cabinets. I keep the granite. Of the original amount of $6222.32 I already paid, BNP Cabinet keeps a payment of $3822.32. BNP Cabinet refunds me $2400 to have the granite installation fixed by a qualified installer of my choice

BNP Cabinet Outlet, Inc was hired to provide cabinets and granite counter tops for the [redacted] mobile home.

The kitchen area countertop is a non-standard design; a prefab slab was used and trimmed to fit. A one piece slab - cut to fit - no seams is extremely expensive and not in the [redacted]'s budget.

On several occasions BNP's employee tried to return to the job site to complete the installation was not allowed inside.

The job site is a mobile home with unique features. Apparently a non-licensed contractor/handyman had constructed a pony wall and also did some painting.

BNP offered either a 10 % discount and also offered to remove - completely - the entire job. The [redacted]'s have not agreed to either offer.

I do not accept the response from BNP Cabinet Outlet Inc for the following reasons:

1. Their proposal to remove the entire granite and cabinet installation is not possible because we are satisfied with the cabinets and want to keep them. It is the granite only that is in dispute because of unacceptable fabrication & installation. (See attached photos)

2. Their proposal to reduce by 10% is not reasonable because it will cost at least $6300 to fix/re-install the granite by a qualified granite installer

We need a refund of $2400 to put toward fixing the unacceptable granite installation by BNP Cabinet Outlet Inc. We are holding steady for this requested refund amount even though BNP Cabinet has already lowered their refund offer from 15% to 10%

**My credit card company and TV channel KOVR CBS13 have already accepted my complaint as legitimate.
