The tile work he did was good. The bathtub and plumbing was good. But trying to get him back to finish up what he started is like pulling teeth. The sink and counter top is still sub par and even tho he supposedly gave us a "life time warranty" he keeps putting us off about coming back to fix it. We've basically given up. A "life time warranty" is only as good as the paper it is written on. I would not recommend these people if you want the work done when promised.

This man does not keep his word! Beware folks...Brian *** is a smooth talker that will take your money and run. I hired him for a kitchen remodel to provide labor only...which rarely showed up. We agreed upon a refund amount and now he will not honor his agreement..nor return calls. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT GIVE THIS MAN CASH UP FRONT. You will be left holding the bag and having to put up more money to get the job done. Not to mention the phone call from sub contractor that did not get paid. I am extremely disappointed in the company

I'm really confused as to why these customers have chosen this way to solve this issue. First things first the sub contractor in question was paid in full for his time. As to why my customer has my sub's phone number or my sub having his is odd. I was hired as stated and I meet with customer and did there kitchen layout for cabinets. I personally took them to purchase there cabinets and let them use my veterans discount which saved them $500 on there purchase. I also suggested they use a flooring store that I use which they did and saved $1000 on flooring. During this first week the electrician were working, floor demo was done, cabinets were picked up and assembled, ceiling was being scraped. The following week Monday the ceiling was being repaired from electricians and sanded for tape and bedding. Tuesday tape and bedding was completed and a sample texture was sprayed. Customer called me that night and said how good it looked and if I would do another wall which I did at no charge. Wednesday the ceiling and all the walls were textured. Thursday ceiling and walls still drying. Friday the ceiling got its first coat of paint. I was fired Monday morning. Customer was upset that I wasn't installing cabinets, hanging lap siding, etc while ceiling was being done. No contractors I know has other work going on inside while texture is being done. All the cabinets were not even in yet. I did the hardest part of the job and was fired with this excuse. I did agree at one time to refund but the more I thought of it I was not in agreement with that and I filed a small claims court action to let a judge decide what is right. I don't understand why they say I took money and ran. I was in constant contact with them. I gave them a great deal and saved them thousands and was fired for no cause.

If I could give no stars I definitely would! Absolutely terrible contractor. Buyer Beware! He will leave your home in ruins and not fix the issues. Is never on time or on schedule. A project that should have taken 2 weeks (which is what he told us) took him 8 months to complete! After that 8 months it still wasn't done properly. I had to hire a new contractor to fix their mistakes - the new contractor made sure I told his name so that he NEVER works with him. Go to anyone else!

I'm certainly sorry you feel this way. I have always responded to you for any issue you have had with service. I received your start up check on January XX XXXX and the concrete forms were set for pouring. I also have pics with a date stamp showing this. I received the completion check on March 22, 2017. With pics as well. That is a 8 week completion time frame not 8 months. The first issue came about in July of 2017 to which I immediately responded and solved the issue. Services come with a 1 year warranty which for Ms. would have ended in March 2018. I received a message from Ms. in January of 2019 with a water issue. I immediately visited with her and found the issue was a faulty plumbing fixture. I agreed to repair at my expense even though she was a year out of warranty. Ms. had unrealistic ideas as to how it should be repaired. I'm repairing at my expense I will repair the way I believe it needs to be done. I've responded every time she has contacted me and tried to fit her unrealistic time frame. She even stopped us from working on several days because she had to leave. She hired another contractor because I wouldn't do something (install tile and grout on the same day).

This man is a liar... trying to help others not make my mistake. Will not even begin to respond to the many untruths listed. Found another competent contractor and thankfully moving on from this horrible experience!

I would have rated him higher as he did a good landscaping job but on one of my calls to him he asked "what do you want now". Maybe he was having a bad day but as a customer who is paying hard earned money, I expect more professionalism from a contractor. Other than that, he did a good job.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm certain I would never have said "what do you want now" to a customer. I use my phone on speaker a lot and I'm sure it was I hit the button before I was ready to talk. Will be calling with an apology.
