just wanted to let you know the rep from dealer called and gave us a refundI rejected the response prior to rep calling and giving a refundWe are now satisfied with the outcome. I tried to go back in and change my rejection, however it wont let me change it

I fielded the phone call from the customer and told her we would check it out at no charge when the appointment was madeThe vehicle was brought in the day of the appointment and there was no relation from the work performed to the failure of the 3rd brake lightWe replaced all
door latches, part of a Ford recall, and also took care of an air bag warning light staying on by replacing the occupant seat sensor which is in the passenger front seat cushionDuring the air bag warning light repair the restraint control module is depowered by pulling its fuse for safety reasons. The customer was called the afternoon after their Escape came in to look at the 3rd brake light and she approved the repairThis does not mean that I will not do anythingWe always want to satisfy the customer herel will call the owner to get the issue resolved

I am rejecting this response because:, see my original wording in the complaint. It worked before they worked on the vehicle and didn't work after they worked on the vehicle. It is an led type bulb and designed to last very much longer than this.

Thanks for your help in this matter, I have instructed the body shop to contact the customer and inform him the parts are on orderand we will replace this trim piece at no charge.
