Review: On August 16th I ordered a lounge seat of the INDIVI Sofa collection at BoConcept Soho store.

The item was delivered on Ocotber 21 with both product defects and wrongly assembled. Below is the list of issues:

1) a bracket was missing, which was an essential tool for the installation. Thus, the sofa once assembled had all legs up in the air not touching the floor and he delivery guys denied it was wrongly installed cliaming that with the use "the legs will touch the floor one day".

2) sofa cushion is bigger than what it should be. the sofa cushion filling does not touch/match the seat is all wavy

5) sofa fabric was stained (medium stain in yellow collor)

6) one of the deliver guys stained my hardwood floor and stain is not coming out (after my various intents to remove such stain w/specific stain floor products).

BoConcept Soho said that I should contact Customer Service in NJ.

They sent techician to check my statments. This was on Tuesday, October 28.

They said (a) the can replace the cushion in two months, (b) they can fix the bracket by sending it and having it installed, (c) they are silent on the floor stain.

BoConcept Soho has not been replying to me emails.Desired Settlement: I want the full refund to go to my Credit Card.

Including tips and my time. I have a full time job and I had to take out extra days to have this problem fix.
