I am VERY happy with these folks! They are actually HONEST! If you are a gal and go into an auto repair place, you may as well bend over! Most will tell you a gzillion things wrong they will charge you for (like Pep Boys did to me once) and you'd never know the difference! These folks are very nice, polite, and professional Got a tufor about $150+ cheaper than other places I looked intoI was waiting with a gal that took her car to dealership and said she needed a LOT of brake work, new everything, and a LOT of money! She thought she'd get them fixed close to home When they finished she found out she had some gravel under a brake pad They changed that out, did some clean up work, whatever they needed, and charged her $60! Now they could've put everything in there and charged out the ying yang, like $1,000+ at the dealers, and she was so unhappy about the cost, but they did NOT! They will be the ONLY place I take my car for now on!! I was told my engine was going, lifters bad, etc, and was going to cost me $3,000-$3,and I was sick about it Went there and they told me was the main belt screwing up the other ones, and that particular part was expensive and fairly labor intensive changing the other belts out My cost?? $289!! Beats the snot out of a new engine! And again, I would not have known the difference They did free diagnostics and said my engine was perfectly fine except for present problem which is fairly common in the intense AZ heat

I have had several dealings with this shop over the past 2 years. I have always had good work done at a price that was more than fair. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a new truck and it was running fine but there was a cylinder misfire code causing the check engine light to come on. So I took my truck in to this business and they supposedly put new ones in. Then they told me I had a gasket leaking on my intake manifold. I had them put it in and they called me telling me my truck was ready. I asked if they got rid of the check engine light like I asked when they replaced the coil packs. The guy on the phone said yes but when I went to pick up my truck. It was sitting out front and the guy at the counter was trying to rush me to pay so I did. I go outside and turn my truck on and it's smoking like crazy. I was very frustrated because the truck was not in this condition when I dropped it off. After speaking with the owner and him getting confrontational with me I decided to have another mechanic look at the truck and sure enough. He showed me several things this shop did wrong which resulted in a blown head gasket. The truck was not in this shape when I dropped it off and I will never take any vehicle here ever again. My next step is going to be talking to the Attorney General.

This location is Stamps Automotive as of 1/2/2017, not Bo Knows. Stamps Automotive is an excellent shop with three other quality shops across the southeast Valley. Their phone number at this location is [redacted]. Check them out!

HELLO MY NAME IS BO [redacted] FROM BO KNOWS TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR LLC AND I AM HERE RESPONDING TO COMPLAINT #10733518 SORRY FOR LATE RESPONSE I WAS OUT OF STATE FOR A FEW WEEKS AND WOULD LIKE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION ASAP.  WE INSTALLED NEW FRONT BRAKE PADS AND NEW FRONT DISC ROTORS BECAUSE...

THE FRONT BRAKE PADS WERE OVER 75% WORN AND THE FRONT DISC ROTORS WERE UNDER SPEC. THE BRAKE SERVICE THAT WE DID WAS DONE CORRECTLY BY AN ASE CERTIFIED TECH. IF YOU READ THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT THEY DROVE THIS VEHICLE ALL THE WAY TO NEW MEXICO WITH OUT ANY BRAKE PROBLEMS UNTIL THE CUSTOMER HAD TO SLAM ON HIS BRAKES AND THEN THE VIBRATING ISSUE STARTED? JUST SO YOU KNOW THAT I AM ALSO A ASE CERTIFIED MASTER AUTO TECH. AND THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CAUSE ROTORS TO WARP/ FLAT SPOTS IS A LOT OF HEAT VERY FAST LIKE SLAMMING ON THE BRAKES. ITS NOT BO KNOWS TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR PROBLEM OF A WARPED ROTOR NOR THE MANUFACTURS PROBLEM WE CAN NOT CONTROL CUSTOMERS DRIVING HABITS. ARE BRAKE JOBS INCLUDE 12 MONTH 12K MILE WARRANTY PARTS AND LABOR SO THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IS WHY THEY HAVD ANOTHER SHOP REPLACE FRONT ROTORS BECAUSE OF ON OR BOTH BEING WARPED INSTEAD OF RESURFACING THEM FOR A FRACION OF THE COST? I WOULD HAVE REFUNDED THE COST OF THE ROTORS IF THE CUSTOMER HAD BROUGHT ME THE ONES THAT HE HAD WARPED THAT WAY I COULD OF SENT THEM BACK TO THE MANUFACTURE. BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY BO KNOWS TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ISSUE WE DID THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT ME AT THE SHOP [redacted] THANK YOU.
