Tell us why here I originally went to [redacted] home to fix the kitchen sink.Upon fixing the sink he asked if I would be able to fix a number of other thingsWhen I was done we both checked to make sure everything was okayWe shook hands and he thanked me [redacted] contacted me days later to tell me the sink was leaking againI told [redacted] I would ”TRY” to make it to his home that SundaySunday cameI calledNo answerHe then left me a rude and threatening voice messageSo again I tried to get in contact with [redacted] to rescheduleNo answer I have been doing handyman work for over yearsI take pride in my workUnfortunately being the sole proprietor I can only do so muchI will continue to help my customers and others with their home needsAnd always strive for perfection

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Apparently Bo does not dispute that he never sent the requested invoice, as is required by law His business phone is a cell phone Giving Bo the benefit of every doubt, his recollection is faulty He answered my first two calls and promised to call or come, but never did He did not pick up on my third call My message to him was objectively neither rude nor threatening I told him that it would be in his best interest to resolve this matter After the job when I was home I never received a call from him When I was not home there was never a message from him on my working answering machineSincerely, [redacted]

me.    [redacted] contacted me 28 days later to tell me the sink was leaking again. I told [redacted] I would ”TRY” to make it to his home that Sunday. Sunday came. I called. No answer. He then left me a rude and threatening voice message. So again I tried to get in contact with [redacted] to reschedule. No answer.   I have been doing handyman work for over 30 years. I take pride in my work. Unfortunately being the sole proprietor I can only do so much. I will continue to help my customers and others with their home needs. And always strive for perfection.
