We received a complaint from Mr [redacted] , I called Mr [redacted] and set up to have one of our roof repairmen to come out and inspect what needed to be completedAfter this we sent the original crew that installed the roof to do the repairsThere was one panel that slid approximately inches This was repaired as well as all of the ridge cap pieces being re fastened and crimpedWe still have to complete the interior repairs and install a rain diverter on one area of the roofWe also removed rubber plumbing jacks designed for metal roofs and replaced them with lead plumbing jacks per homeowners requestWe will be following up to make sure that leaks are fixed after a good rain and then we will have interior repairs completedThank You, William R [redacted] Reynolds Roofing TX
