We had a signed contract with Bo for our daughter's weddingThe contract included an engagement photo session, pictures taken at the wedding, and two albums It took him five months to post the wedding pictures, but no pictures of the engagement sessionWe tried to contact Bo repeatedly through every means we could think of for the rest of our pictures and albums After almost a year of hearing nothing from him, the groom sent him a certified letter that Bo signed for After several weeks Bo sent a letter back saying he was having financial problemsHe asked us to remove bad reviews we had made with a promise that he would at some point do the bridal couple's album -- he gave no indication of ever fulfilling the rest of the contract He did have the decency to send a CD with all of the wedding pictures We have no confidence that we ever receive what we paid for from him
