When customer picked up car he loved it and was thankful Couple weeks maybe month later he text me and explained that he feels I took advantage of him and screwed him because he has a mental illness at witch time I explained I never even was aware or does it have anything to do with how his car would have come out .the entire conversation was about him sewing me and me paying for a new shop to redo car never once did he ask for me to look at or possible explain a problem witch I would have no issues fixing but never was given a chancewhat was explained on [redacted] messenger was not the work the car needed so I explained at the time of drop off it would be more money to repair witch was to strip and paint damaged area witch was done and sometimes when you take paint to bare metal you have reaction that can go bad and would have no issues fixing thanks

Brian C*** Picking up the vehicle we exchanged pleasantries, had some short chit chatI explained since the weather was not the greatest I would let him know my thoughts on the work performedThe vehicle sat a week and then went to my mechanic for repairsHe was the first to notice the poor work and thought the damage was just painted over. In a text message I told him I am disabled/handicapped and can not afford to now have to spend money repairing his poor workIn NO WAY was anything stated about a mental illness..........cancer isn't a mental problem, its a bit more physical. There was never any *** conversation of any kind, the only communication between myself and MrH*** has been through either face to face conversations or text messages. In the text message where I was expressing my concern he told me to leave him alone and quit harassing him because he was workingI have all copies of any conversation through textUnfortunately I have learned these are common business practices with him. Slanderous comments like I have a "mental illness" are not appreciated
