Cage Review (36X24X14)
I have been reading some negative reviews on BoaMaster and wanted to share my experience. I received my cage (and other accessories) 3 weeks after placing my order. A lot of people seem to have an issue with this, but apparently have not looked at other manufacturers that have 8-16 week lead times. My order was boxed properly, with no damage to the panels, doors or accessories. The pre-drilled holes where cut properly.

Another complaint I have seen in past reviews was that the cages don't come sealed. I am not sure how a cage that you assemble yourself could be pre-sealed. It literally takes about 3 minutes to seal it yourself.

For the price, the cage is great. Holds temps and humidity as it should. Looks stylish, and is quite a bit more durable than described in other people's reviews.

I give BoaMaster a 4 out of 5 star review. The only issue was that there was a bit of a hiccup with the shipping/billing address. But we got that straightened out with little to no trouble.

I am not sure what other people are expecting. BoaMaster is not Amazon, with pre-made items ready to ship. They make each one to order (from what I understand).

I wanted to add, not only did my enclosure come with the proper screws and door attachments; but they had also been packed nicely and taped, along with a few extras.

Let me start out with it took over two months for mark to send my cage it was excuse after excuse of why it wasn't shipped! Finally when it arrived while putting it to gather it was not manufactured properly so it did not fit together(had pegs no holes) so rather than waiting two more months for him to ship another piece I sawed the pegs off! The quality is not that great in general without the manufacture mistake! Highly do not recommend!

Review: I ordered 2 custom reptile cages from this company and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. I paid him 410.00 for these 2 cages. It took 8.5 weeks of excuses before the cages finally arrived. They were not the cages I had ordered, their were parts missing (can not assemble them), very shoddy workmanship, very shoddy packaging, parts broke off. I have contacted the seller and he refuses to return my emails with a resolution. His website states that he guaranteed my cage to be as ordered and in perfect condition or he would help get it taken care of. He failed to honor any of it.Desired Settlement: he guaranteed my cage to be as ordered and in perfect condition or he would help get it taken care of. He has refused to honor his own terms and conditions. I have cages that I can not assemble due to missing and broken parts. I should be entitled to a refund.

Review: I placed an order with BoaMaster Reptiles & Custom Cages, and I never received my purchase. I have attempted to contact the business via phone and email at least a dozen times to get information on my order, and there has been absolutely no response from them. My order shows complete on the website, yet I have not received any order confirmation, status information, or the product! I currently have case against this company through [redacted], and hopefully they will not allow this company to do business with them in the future. This has been a nightmare, and I was forced to purchase another cage, from another vendor and spend another $250.00! This company should not be able to continue doing business, if they take money and do not deliver the product. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience to say the least, and I felt that the public should be made aware.Desired Settlement: I am allowing [redacted] to resolve the finical issues, and wanted the public to be made aware of this company's deplorable business practices.
