Review: I was charged ($120.94) for a $6 sandwich on 1/23/14. Although I'm unsure how this mistake occurred and was never provided an explanation from the manager or the owner, I do understand that mistakes can occur. I spoke with the manager the next day and was assured that this would be corrected. After a few weeks and no correction, I went into the store and spoke with the manager and the owner, [redacted] on 2/6/14. [redacted] confirmed to my face that he had spoke to Merchant Services and that I would be reimbursed within 7-10 business days. I waited and still didn't receive the reimbursement. After multiple phone calls and two more trips to the restaurant I still wasn't reimbursed. I requested that the owner, [redacted], call me multiple times, but he refused to call me. On my final visit into the store, the manager [redacted], advised me that the reimbursement had gone through on 2/26. I showed him my statement and advised him that it hasn't. He then advised me that I would be reimbursed in a few days. I didn't believe him so I contacted my bank and filed a claim.

After everything, I decided to call my bank and dispute my claim. They are handling it now. I've never felt more frustrated and upset in my life with a merchant. I was lied straight to my face by the owner and I'm concerned this may happen to other people if they're not aware of the charges on the bills.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation of how I was charged $120.94 along with a copy of the receipt. I also want an explanation of why this was never reversed and why the owner refused to follow up with a phone call after I requested to speak with him.
