Board of Water Works of Pueblo Colorado

I am a customer trying to get my service turned back onThey did not notify that I would not have the opportunity to pay todayI am willing to pay my bill along with any feesI have already gone three days without water and after waiting on hold for hours and driving to their office, I find out that they are closed until mondayThere was no answer on their emergency line which states it is available 24/I waited on the emergency line for an additional hourWhat if there was a bigger emergency such as a water main break? The recording states that they are busy with other customers which is mis leading after finding out that they are closed today through sundayThis is a very dangerous and shameful practiceIt is unfortunate that they are they only business to choose from for water services

Bad information and excessive depositsThe BOWW apparently governs itself and allows an illegal amount of notification and shady deposit practicesI spent a day and a half getting funds together for my $deposit that was required AFTER I paid $for my bill that returned previouslySpending two days on the phone and running around and staying in constant contact w the BOWW my water was disconnected and as soon as it was every amount I was told was doubledThis is not right!!!!!! I took out a loan for TWO DAYS which I now have to pay interest on to cover my deposit because I'm not paid until Friday and they could not wait two extra days!!!! I probably wouldn't be as mad if I didn't have amounts owed in emails from the Cust service managerI think it's disgusting they blatantly violate the Colorado Public Utilities Commission statutes Discontinuance of Service and Notice of Discontinuance Shame on you guys!
