On June 12th 2018, I ordered granite counter top and a brushed nickel sink item number MLUD from this companyThey installed the wrong sink in my granite counter top, that is a different shape and is stainless steelAfter contacting the company several times, they refused to reach out to me to rectify this situationI then contacted the Attorney General's office and they had no response eitherI was advised by the Atty Generals office to contact the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, where I also found out that Aitken's Elegant Granite was not registered in the state of MN when they installed my counter top, and that their registration had been expired for months*** had nothing but excuses when I was attempting to get my counter top installedEverything from the dog ate my measurements, which she then felt she could just show up at my front door to remeasure without notice, to the shipping truck tipped over with all the granite in it, to they broke the count
Aitken's Elegant Granite fabricated and installed granite countertop Let us with a huge black seam and a mismatched pattern Severals areas are less than the standard 3/4" countertop overhang Chips in the routing were filled in with a cream colored puttyPoor workmanship and quality When we pushed the issue they stopped all communication Took them to conciliation court and received a judgement against their business but have yet to receive payment
