Review: This company emailed me trying to have me wire transfer money through Western Union to them to pay for a puppy's "Insurance" and vaccinations that I was getting shipped from ncteacups.com, however, they said they would not send the puppy if I did not pay. I knew this was a scam and the puppy tracking number was fake. No one from ncteacups will get back to me, nor is the phone number from NC, as stated on the carrier's site.

I never received the puppy or a refund for the puppy. It's all a SCAM that this company uses on innocent puppy buyers.Desired Settlement: I want this company shut down! They have scammed too many people.

Review: I purchased a pet and he was placed with City Wide Carriers then I started receiving emails telling me I need to send money for several different issues. The money was sent and they still keep coming up with more issues so that I would send more money.Desired Settlement: All I want is the money that they said was refundable to me.

Review: I went to a website (micro pomeranian for sale 50% 0ff)i found a puppy I like email the breeder ([redacted] in Wilmington DE) we email each other back and forward. I decided I want to purchase the puppy, he told me it was $785 including air fare, vaccinne and certificate, asked me to send the money thru western union and once payment confirmed he will contact me. he email me to confirmed payment and told me that he was going to bring the puppy to the travel agency (boarding Express Pet Carriers in Wilmington DE) and the travel agency will contact me for puppy arrival inf.) the next thing I knew the travel agency send me an email asking me for 1,345 refundable for puppy travel insurance. right away we contacted the breeder to find out what was going on, no response we called the number he give us but there was only an answering service we left couple of messages still no response, than we forward notice from travel agency to the breeder, still no response. therefore, we did found it a bit funny about the travel agency asking us for that money, but my husband went to their travel agency website and it seeing legitimate plus my husband call agency and spoke with apparently a representative and he told my husband to send the 1,345 thru western union under the name of Richard Nibra the representative who will pick up the money at the western union in Wilmington DE. anyways we did ended up sending the money since we thought it was refundable (1,345) to the travel agency. the representative told my husband that once they confirm payment they will contact us for puppy arrival inf. the next thing we knew we got an other email from travel agency asking us for 1,200 apparently for puppy veterinary purpose, that's when we figured out it was a scan, we contacted the travel agency by phone but there was only an answering service, we left several messages, no response, than I contacted the travel agency thru email to let them know that we figured out and knew it was a scan and that if we didn't get our money back we were going to reported to the Revdex.com the attorney general office and the police, this is the response we got from the travel agency (We are still expecting to confirm your payment and proceed with delivery) never hear back from them or the breeder. please help us resolve this issue and get our money back..Im a sick person I need it that puppy for companionship. shame on them!!~ Thank you in advance for your help.Desired Settlement: get our money back and catch the people who did it

Review: Ordered a puppy from Talk About Maltese. Sent them the $700.00 in payment for puppy by MoneyGram Reference #18347732. The owner of the TA Maltese emailed me said he took the puppy to [redacted] emailed me asked me to send them a MoneyGram for $1050.00 for refundable pet insurance. I did what they said, Reference #2422376. City Wide sent me an email saying they would transport the puppy by plane with an agent who would deliver the puppy to my home 6:15 pm the next day. No puppy. Emailed [redacted] to let them know. Finally [redacted] answered by email saying they had already detected a problem and was working to fix it. I emailed back asking what the problem was. No answer back, so I called them. Couldn't understand a word the man said. He mumbled and jumbled his words. He finally sent me an email with a form looking very convincing saying the puppy was in an airport in Kentucky under quarantined apparently it need vaccinations it didn't have which was very funny because the breeder told me the puppy had all it's vaccines, I would need to send [redacted] another $1200.00 plus another $400.00 charge for who knows what? The fees would be refundable but the insurance fee of $1050.00 would not cover the problem.

If I didn't send the additional money the state of Kentucky would quarantined my puppy for 4 months and charge me up to $6000.00. I know these two businesses are connected due to having duel complaints against both of them because my husband found this information. I have come to the conclusion there is no puppy.

Puppy was to be delivered to me from Delaware to Houma, La. by way of Kentucky to Louis Armstrong Airport, New Orleans, La. Dates Transaction started on October 10, 2015, 17 hundred hours ended October 11, 2015, 8:45 pm.Desired Settlement: I want to take them down, out of business. I have since learned I am not the only one they have scammed. I will be calling the State Attorney Generals office in Delaware and anyone else I can think of. Both of these businesses and I use that term lightly need to be out of business. What they did to me an others is a felony.

Review: I purchased a puppy from[redacted]- who I believe is running a scam with this company- and have a written contract with him for it. He was to ship the pup for me, but then I had an additional $700 bucks to this company and they still have not shipped my puppy. I want a FULL refund and these people shut down.Desired Settlement: Delivery of puppy as contracted or full refund

Review: They collected the money to deliver my pup and failed to do soDesired Settlement: I want full refund

Review: Hi, this company is a total scam... I purchased a " puppy" and this company supposedly ships them after purchase... This is not true.. They call you after you receive confirmation re flight of your puppy stating they cannot board the puppy bacause they need flight insurance aka..Life PetTravel Insurance Policy... This is untrue... The cost is $1200 plus $125 totaling $1325.00... Or the puppy would be quarantined for up to 9 months.. Again untrue!! They wanted me to send this extra monie via money gram ....scam!!! They are working in conjunction with [redacted]. They puppy I purchased is now available on again( the next day) [redacted]Desired Settlement: Want this business / businesses shut down... I'm out $625!!
