On 9/8/Saturday I entered NFlowing Wells Rd.I asked desk clerk the price for a blow dry she said to $ as we both looked at the menu of services
On the wall after making the agreement on the price I signed paper work and picked up menu of services as I took a seat.A student comes out to get me sat me in chair put on cape and went to get an instructor name *** I explain to *** all I wanted was a blow dry.Not once did she look at my hair length or anything she just RUDELY said its gonna cost you $an hour she kept saying a straightening was $an hour I asked why isn't that listed on your menu and I kept saying blow dry I refuse to pay that amount so I leftOn 9/10/Monday I returned to hopefully get some answers and Ms *** whom says she was the director but her name tag said instructor was REALLY RUDE very unprofessional he
