Review: I purchased my new car from Boardman Nissan and enjoyed it. The service department has ruined my enjoyment of this car. First issue was when I left the service department after a service cap and tire rotation. All the lug nuts were loose on my car. Since it was not noticed for awhile as they worked their way loose they refused to accept responsibility for the resulting damage. Second issue was on a goodwill repair to a defective exhaust part. Car was out of warranty for this part but Nissan corporate paid service department to repair it anyhow. However the repaired part broke in less than a year and has now melted a large whole through rear bumper. Again service manager refuses responsibility. To add to the issue the service manager refusing to take my opinion on the matter yelled at me in front of customers and staff and refused to work on my vehicle ever again. Possibly this was the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing that I have ever experienced. This all took place in a time frame of 1-2 minutes. As an injured combat vet this whole lack of respect and refusal to simply do the right thing is simply unsatisfactory.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repaired. The exhaust again and the rear bumper which has now suffered damage. I would like this repair done at a mutually agreed location. I would also like an apology from the service manager in front of his staff. I felt that if he can yell at me in front of his staff for no reason he should be able to apologize to me in front of them admitting it was unprofessional.

In researching the [redacted] vehicle and complaints, firstly we found that their vehicle has not had a tire rotation in over 18 months. We would not have taken off the tires in that timetable. In addition, we have no notes in our history of comments made by the client about lug nuts. If the lug nuts were loose and not tightened at any time in the past we are very, very sorry.

Review: I took my vehicle to Boardman Nissan for the driver side window. I was charged $142.50 for this service. When I put the window down it would not go back up. They said the track was dirty so they cleaned it and lubed it. Two weeks later the same thing happened. I took it back and then they told me the motor needed replaced. They told me it would cost $155.00 for the motor and I would only have to pay for the motor. I took my vehicle some place else to be fixed. I have taken my vehicle to this other place before and I am completely satisfied with their work. I was also told by Boardman Nissan that I needed a new battery. I told them no since the battery is only 3 years old and I have an 8 year warranty on it. I have had it check 2 times so far and there is nothing wrong with the battery. I feel I have been ripped off since I am a woman.Desired Settlement: I believe I should be refunded the $142.50 that I paid for getting the window fixed that was not fixed.
