HelloAs you can see, I ordered a black longboard but the seller sent me a blue one, and you can also see,the blue one is only $175,much cheaperHow can I pay the same money to buy a cheaper one? I'm sure the seller planed itBecause I'm in China and unable to send it back and when I ask about the wrong color, the seller said there is only one color blueThe website shows the longboard has black and I ordered black, how can he did that? He is a liarAnd you asked me why I didn't talk about it before, because I filed the complaint wasn't because of this,I was just want the price protectBut when I received the longboard, I found there're bigger problems.And you can also see, there's a very big crack on the longboard and also many small cracks, I'm sorry that my phone couldn't take the picture of small cracks clear but you can see the big crack, very big. Review: I bought a longboard for $198.48 and it's $185.12 now,I know there's price protection in America, I asked the seller to give me a refund but he said "not possible",I feel so angry because his reply was so rude!

And I asked the seller if the shipment isn't including the tax to China, please cancel the order,he said" you must request it again". WHY? Anyway, I request again as the seller said,but he reply so slowly after the package was shipped, he told me he can't cancel the order. He isn't really wanted solve the problem, he just wanted to wait the package shipped then he can get the money! I never seen such a seller!Desired Settlement: I want the price protection and the apology for the rude reply!

Review: I purchased the 2014 sector 9 swift glow wheel complete in blue for $124.95 on August 28th. I received a call on September 1st at 5:53 PM stating that the 2014 model was no longer available in blue but they would be happy to replace the order at no extra charge with the same board, 2015 model. I said okay. We received the board on September 9th with no documentation in the packaging whatsoever. The board they sent seems to be slightly used and upon further inspection, they actually sent the [redacted] 34.5" SKATEBOARD COMPLETE in black with silver trucks and mash-up wheels (not glow wheels). This model sells for $100. I called and spoke to [redacted] twice who claimed he was the store manager and that I could not speak to anyone higher than him in the organization. He offered to give me a 10% discount (which would STILL be more than the $100 the board is on sale for).Desired Settlement: I want the board I ordered or equivalent (2015 [redacted]wift Glow Wheel Complete in Blue) which is what I was offered. When I receive the new board, I will return the one they sent me. If they don't, I would like the transaction fully refunded.

Review: I purchased an item with Boards on Nord off their website on 2/2/15. It has been a week now and the item has not shipped. I have e-mailed them three times with no replies. I have called their store and customer service hotline 30-50 times and nobody answers. I don't have the item I bought, they won't answer and the only way to get a refund is on the phone. This is ridiculous. I spent $180 which has already cleared and they are not providing any service...these people should be shut down.Desired Settlement: Either send me the item ASAP or give me my money back. And no, I am not paying a "FEE" for a refund like their site says...thats ridiculous and should be illegal.
