ok I have read there response and still there messes are left behind and justvthe other day I found not only there mess but a screw in my cats food dish....other then that I am talking and working with them to try and resolve these issues....thx for responding back [redacted] ***

Good Afternoon; Just wanted to send a follow up here, the Resident Member has been issued another parking stall effective August 1st. Unfortunately we do not have a whole lot of extra parking at this site so sometimes it takes a while for an extra spot to open up.
I can assure you Mr***'s request was not being neglected. Our Customer Service Team followed up with Member and he is ok with it. Also we talked to our Team about the importance of promptly responding to Customer concerns in a timely manner, as well as cleaning up after themselves when they finish work in a suite. Our Teams are really good at cleaning up after themselves, very respectful of our Residents.I would also like to add that our Resident Members are of the utmost importance to us and their safety and happiness is our main concern. owing on his account in the amount of $316.20 after applying interest due to non-payment again is, for court awarded costs.However, in good faith, we are willing to waive this outstanding balance on the Resident Member's account. contact her regarding the outstanding balance. However, below are the records of attempts made to contact the Resident Member after she moved out and before forwarding the file to the collections agency:.......Bad Debt Call 02/11/2014 11:31 AMWho/When: I called the RM @ approx 11:25am on February 11th, 2014 Why/Where: Regarding outstanding balance / [redacted] and [redacted]W.D.B.D: I called [redacted] and there was no answer and no voicemail. I called EmergencyContact [redacted] and left a message. I called [redacted] (work) and the receptionist gave me the number in [redacted] where she is working now [redacted]. 1 called [redacted] and there was no answer and no voice mall. I called the Emergency Contact [redacted] and left a message, the v/m indicated that the number belongs to the Emergency Contact.Ms. [redacted] also stated that the Customer Service Representative (CSR) failed to show up for the move-out inspection. As per the notes on file, the move-out inspection was booked for December 21, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. However, the Resident Member was not at her suite when our Associate went to conduct the move-out inspection. The Resident Member contacted the CSR at 9:15 a.m. and advised that she was waiting at her suite. The CSR was called to a different site and advised that she would get back to Ms. [redacted]'s suite in 20 minutes. The Resident Member advised that she would wait for as long as she could. The CSR offered to reschedule but the Resident Member declined the offer. She then advised that if Ms. [redacted] needed to leave she could leave the suite keys in the drop box. The CSR arrived at the suite at 9:35 a.m. but there was no one at the suite.The charges applied to the Resident Member's account are as per the ledger attached along with this letter. As you will notice, no payment has been made towards the outstanding balance as opposed to the Resident Member's claim that she made payment on the day she moved out.However, in good faith, we are willing to waive half the outstanding balance on the Resident Member's account.
